Had a great salon experience today at Hairwaves. I went in with a messy mop of hair and came out with a gorgeous new hairstyle that I swished all the way home, some great advice and a fantastic new curl product. First time there on Tuesday and I'm so impressed. From Carol the receptionist through to the colourists and stylists I had everyone was really warm and friendly. Everything I asked for was respected and done to my hair. Everything was talked through to ensure I was happy with the plan and they had understood what I was looking for. I left with a superb cut and colours that were so natural and subtle after going in with hair that frankly was a mess. Hairdressing salons can often be cold and somewhat unfriendly places but Hairwaves couldn't be more kind and helpful. Once home, I could see the colours in a better light and I'm even more pleased than in the salon. They won't get rid of me now!!!
