First time in the salon and I have booked again! Having a very short style can be a bit daunting but after telling Lauren the style I wanted she knew exactly what to do, explaining throughout the cut as she did it. I was so happy with the cut and style.

Wanted a wavy perm as I’m always using heat tools on my hair to achieve this look. After a consultation with Gemma, she tested a sample of my hair to ensure it would take and today was the big day!! It’s come out as lovely beachy waves and so happy with the result. Gemma is so friendly and lovely to talk to. The time flew by. Thank you for the coffees too. Very happy 😊

Lauren was a super star, so lovely. I’m new to the area, and recently found a small bald patch. Needed a restyle and a little boost. I would recommend Lauren. I will be going back. Lauren and I discussed my hair colour choices and what I would want to achieve and she explained the processes. She was welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I was offered tea/coffee/water - the salon was clean and the other stafff members were welcoming. 5 star service from start to finish.
Always a pleasant experience. I enjoy my chat with Dawn and I am well looked after from start to finish. After my cut and blow dry I feel so much better.

Dawn was wonderful with my sister who has dementia. My sister will not go to her local hairdresser, but when she comes to stay with me she loves going to my hairdresser and enjoys her session with Dawn. She chats away and feels good when she walks out of the shop with her new hairstyle. My sister was welcomed by name when she arrived which she thought was wonderful.
