The trainee hairdresser was very plight and understood about my hear disability and about my head operation and ask me if the water was to hot and I said it was fine I love the way she cut my hair and if she want sure I would ask for assistance the only thing I notice is she same times look nervous which I pick up on as am nervous people too all I can say is be more confident she did a great job on my hair and I love it and all my friends have said it really nice so a very big thank you ?

First change of hairdresser in over 20 years. I believe I was well informed and it was an enjoyable and interesting experience. I am looking forward to visiting the salon and felt confident about my decision to use Reeds. Column was most professional.

Another excellent colour and cut by Emily. Always gives me plenty of advice. Very pleased with my cut and a lot easier to handle. Staff are always very pleasant and helpful too.

What an amazing afternoon! I had the most amazing Hot stone massage, luxury pedicure and manicure today. Very friendly staff on reception and a really stylish salon and treatment room. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! Thank you so much Rachel, it was lovely to meet you!

Sophie gave me a lovely hair cut, added layers which is exactly what it needed plus gave me some good advice on my colour. Got some lovely compliments about my hair while I was out having coffee with my friend.

What another lovely experience at my local salon today. Debbie really listened to me and we worked out a cut that was absolutely perfect for my needs today. Was so happy with the clean, head massage, cut and style. And of course the lovely refreshment touch in the middle. I didn't feel pressured into talking or not-talking and we were able to have a proper good laugh that left me feeling valued, happy and engaged at all times. Tha,nk you so much!!

On my way to a wedding in Essex and booked in for a hair curl. The stylist was lovely and asked exactly what I wanted instead of just going straight in. The end result was perfect and they stayed till the next day! (Usually curls drop from my hair within hours). Thank you so much, I would definitely recommend this salon and would come along regularly if I wasn’t in Cheshire! Thank you to all the team!

What can I say about how incredible Megan has been!
Megan has been my hairdresser for over a year now and I am so grateful I found her. When I booked my wedding I knew I wanted her to do my hair on the day and was so glad she did!
She worked hard with me beforehand to achieve the hair of my dreams and I felt beautiful because of her.
On the wedding day she did styles for myself, mum and bridesmaids and every one was unique, beautiful and lasted all day. She truly went above and beyond!
My bridesmaids loved her also and have already booked in for haircuts with her due to how incredible she is.

I have been going to Reed for about 4 years. I had never really ended up with the colour i wanted until i met Liam at Reed.
My hair has a lot of natural red so has a tendancy to be warm. Liam has given me the colour i have always wanted.
I have never had so many compliments.
I went to him with very warm blonde and he has transformed me to any ashey brown which i love, its the colour i should have had years ago.

Megan has been my daughters stylist for some time and her hair is always amazing.
Yesterday, my daughter married at Braxted Park. Meghan came to style all our hair. I cant begin to say how wonderful she was. Seemlessly bringing us all to our best. She created styles you she in magazines and mine lasted until the very end without a hair out of place. All the guests were asking where we had our hair done.

Sophie was so patient and attentive to everything I was trying to achieve with my hair. She offered amazing advice and expertise. I am so happy with my new hair colour and can’t wait to return. All the staff are lovely and friendly. The salon provides a high end experience with drinks and snacks.

Well I booked a model haircut waited couple weeks was looking forward to it
Even had to change few things around so I could attend was literally 10 mins away in high St when I had a phone call to say your stylist was sick its the principle of the matter could have said sorry for the inconvenience and that was it also the salon has a policy if customers cancelled they would keep there deposit
Very upset and couldn't have offered someone else to cut my hair as a matter of the inconvenience caused even though I was attending as a model not very happy at the service / treatment.

Megan has been doing my hair for almost 2 years and I am very happy with the way she takes time to listen to what I like and what is achievable it is hard to find a stylist that is very talented in my opinion so I am thankful I’ve found one! .
. The salon is very inviting and the stylists always seem friendly and professional.

Have been a customer for years and am never disappointed. I had a cut and colour with Columb today- he listened to my vague thoughts on what I wanted and translated that into a plan of action. I put myself in his very capable hands and now have a beautiful, natural looking colour that is easy to maintain. I’m so happy!

Well I went in for a drastic haircut, long to very short. Columb made me feel very comfortable with my choice and assured me it would be great. And it is! Absolutely love my new look. Mel is really professional, friendly and thoughtful. Her expertise is amazing (and I’ve had many stylists over the years do my hair). My colour is spot on and the cut and finish really excellent. I would only go to Reed in Maldon now, as it’s a good salon, and I highly recommend Mel.

My hair was transformed from unhealthy brassy blond to a beautiful silver. I walked out on air

This is the second time I have had colour at this salon and both times it hasn’t been what I asked for. I am a natural blonde & on both visits have asked for “iced white” lifting my natural shade. This visit I was giving the benefit of doubt as my hairdresser was doing the cut and colour but I have come away with darker hair with hints of blue. My sideburns were different lengths the cut on a whole is very disappointing and what upsets me the most is I will have to wait 2-3 months for this to grow out before getting someone else to do the cut & colour again.

I was very pleased with my cut and colour - it was well overdue after a long holiday and Debbie did a great job. I always have a colour and Debbie always discusses what I want and makes suggestions.
