This was my 1st visit to Reed Hair on the recommendation of my bestie. I was very fortunate that Columb had a spare appointment on the day I booked; my hair having been out of sorts for a few weeks now I was feeling desperate! So Columb started with a 15 minute consultation on style, colouring, whether I spend time at home in between washes styling my hair (I don't, I can't be bothered!) We also discussed products and colouring, and he advised me on what would suit my hair. As we walked over to the washbasins, I realised I hadn't had a man style my hair since I was 11 years old! (More than 50 years ago...)
As Columb began cutting, it was obvious that his reputation for excellence is well deserved - all wispy ends carefully removed, layers where they needed to be, and his experience in styling fine flyaway hair unquestionable. Blow dried whilst explaining how to achieve lift and volume. I was more than happy with the result, thanks so much Columb!

Just a few words to say what a fab experience I had, when I came into the salon for an appointment with Emily, to have a new wig restyled.
Emily was just great and is super professional at what she does. I really loved the way she explained what she was going to do, but the thing that really shined through for me all the way through my appointment, was that Emily loves her job and works with her client, so you're both happy with the finished cut/style.
"Wow! That looks amazing...I love it!" Was my reaction when Emily had finished...which kinda says it all ?
It's really hard to find a specialist wig stylist without having to travel miles away, making it unpractical. So I'm like super pleased I took the time to find Reed Hair and Emily.
A very positive experience from arriving, during the appointment and on leaving, by all of the Reed Hair team. And I shall be returning for sure in the near future.

I do a 200 round mile trip to have my hair done by Columb. He is the first hairstylist who has managed to get my hair perfect. The condition style and colour is amazing and so manageable. The salon itself is so welcoming would recommend to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic experience, always made to feel at home, discuss colour and cut, and different ways to style my hair, plus technics for home. Understood the look I wanted. Very professional.

I had a gel nail treatment with Rachel which was fantastic. I’ve been a couple of times now and have been really happy with the results. Rachel is really warm and welcoming and the treatment room was a lovely atmosphere too.

Mel was fabulous, engaging, professional, good experience and good result.

I'm quite a self-conscious person but Debbie immediately put me at ease and comfortable and welcome. She listened to what I wanted and offered her input but wasnt pushy. The whole way through I felt like she was encouraging me to tell me what I wanted and checked if I was happy. She was very professional but approachable and understood that what I was asking (even when I wasn't really sure myself what I wanted). Lovely finish and very happy. Will definitely be back! Also note that the salon itself was impeccable as always and all staff very friendly and great atmosphere.

This was my first visit to the salon. Everyone was extremely welcoming & friendly. I &had a thorough consultation with Mel who cut my hair beautifully - thank you! Lovely coffee too! It’s difficult changing hairdressers but I couldn’t be happier ?

Samantha is a wonderful Hairdresser and gives good advice on products etc i was delighted how she did my hair. I never need to be advised on colouring services as I never get hair coloured in salon.

Eleana is an absolute angel, did a gorgeous job of my hair, very professional but also a very fun an enjoyable time ! would 10/10 recommend

Totally amazing! I have been doing my hair at home for years after very bad experiences at 2 salons and I wanted a change but was so scared to go back to a salon.
Reed has totally changed this for me and given me trust and confidence to go back to a salon.
I absolutely love my hair and for someone that has suffered from bbd for years that’s a hard thing to say.
The patience Ellen had with me and the amazing work she did.. just everything was perfect and I’ve left with the exact hair I’ve wanted for years.
I honestly can’t thank her enough for what she’s done for me xx

I love coming to reed for hair appointments! It’s like going to see a good friend, it’s exciting and fun and you always have a great laugh! Not to mention that Kelly always does an amazing job with my hair and leaves me feeling like a hair queen! The salon is lovely and all the staff are super friendly and lovely to chat to. With dealing with thick curly probmatic hair Liam took the time to explain to me how to get the look I was after he talked me threw every step of my appointment on what and why he was doing what he was doing and made sure I was happy with every step, I can not recommend Liam enough, from one very happy lady with shinney glossy new hair, thanks again Liam

As always a lovely pleasant experience, only went in today for a wash and cut but am always made to feel like a VIP here. All staff are super friendly and say hi, which is lovely, and as always very happy with my hair, I would highly recommend coming here, but especially Liam ?
