A great hair day,as usual

This was my third visit to Natalie but on my first visit I showed her a picture and she talked me through the steps she would take. She also advised me on how to dry and style my hair so that I could create lift. Natalie achieved what other hairdressers had been unable to do even though she couldn’t see the back of the model’s hair. Absolutely nailed Natalie! The prices are on the higher end for the area but you get what you pay for I guess! Merci beaucoup Natalie! Ps the music played was great 😁

Really impressed with the service provided by Scarlett today, when cutting my 5 year old daughter’s hair. She was friendly, professional and really good with her.

As always theorema and Emma were excellent. Even gutted me in earlier than the planned appointment. The young lady who washed my hair ( only been withstood a few weeks) was chatty and very friendly a great addition to your team.

I have been a client at Novo Hair for over five years. Have to say, it’s the best salon I’ve been to in decades. I admit to being one of “those clients” with difficult hair, who always wants styles that my hair can never realistically achieve! However, in a testament to his skill (and patience) Kevin always creates something out of my very difficult hair that shouldn’t be possible. I would recommend Novo Hair for exceptional customer service from the front desk and trainee staff, as well as stylists who are concerned with looking after your hair, not just cutting and colouring it.
Highly recommended - very professional.
