Great service as usual, as soon as you walk through the door. A nice welcome, from everyone š, a couple of minutes spent deciding what is being done & then over to have your hair washed. Again the girls who wash your hair are very nice & polite & do a lovely job.

First appointment at Novo today and to say I am happy is an understatement! Megan listened to what I wanted, made suggestions about how my hair could be cut and took notice of the photos I had.
I ended up with exactly the style I wanted and my husband even said it made me look youngerā¦ā¦.iāll take that but it was all due to Megan.

This is the third time Libby has done my woven highlights and as always the colour is perfect. My hair required a cut this time and Libby was great, really listened to what I wanted and also showed me how to style it

I had a half head highlights by Addison who is an apprentice and being trained by Lillie. What a lovely experience, I am sooo pleased with my hair, fabulous highlights and then a great cut all created by Addison with Lillie overseeing and guiding if necessary. I would advise anyone to try the apprentice training on a Monday afternoon

Had a great cut and colour today with Kevin. Heās clearly very experienced and good at translating what you think you want into something that actually suits your hair. Iāve learned to trust his judgement ā he gets what Iām going for and is honest about what will and wonāt work. The salon is friendly, relaxed and professional. Itās not intimidating at all. The coffee is good.

My first time to Novo and i was warmly welcomed to the salon. I was also very happy to be a hair model. I had a trainee stylist called Lexie under the watchful eye of Lillie. She was incredibly attentive and cut and styled my hair perfectly. I was very impressed with the end result. I loved the products that she used and my hair felt really soft and shiny. Well done Lexie!!
As ever, I received superb attention from both Emma ( as my colourist) and Elaine, who cuts my hair. The results of my salon visit are always beautiful colour and an excellent cut, both of which have been remarked upon and have led me to recommend Novo to both friends and family. I had my hair washed, cut and curled today by Addison, I absolutely love it, she was really friendly, talked me through everything and I was really impressed with Lillie who was training her she was really encouraging.
As always Lillie did a lovely job. I had my hair coloured today as well. The appointment started off with a consultation on what we were going to do & what colours I wanted.
The junior who looked afte me was lovely as well. All staff at the salon are very nice.
Lovely experience and a warm welcome. I was happy with the style and it is how I asked, but after washing my hair I realised it had been thinned rather than layered as Iād asked. My hair now feels broken with wispy ends, and itās never needed thinning with this style before. I just wish this had been explained or checked with me during the appointment. Iāll know for next time to ask to avoid it.
