Only the second time I have been to Novo & had my haircut by Emma. She remembered how I wanted my hair cut. And this time, as I requested, cut it a lot shorter. I’m very pleased with the result.

I was lucky enough to have my hair coloured again by Addison, an apprentice, today and she knew exactly how to help me brighten it up without losing the basic colour. The bouncy blow out was so lovely. Addison is confident and has come on so much since my last colour very impressed.

From entering the salon to exiting, it is always a perfect experience. Lillie is attentive to my questions and never advises something which I might not like. That is a big plus! The lovely people who wash my hair, respond to my requests for tea or bring an extra towel so willingly are stars, too. Siobhan, on reception, is instantly welcoming on arrival. All in all, I feel like a valued customer at Novo.

We walked into Novo and were greeted by the lovely lady on reception, she is everything a first point of contact should be, she is warm, friendly and instantly made us feel welcome and comfortable, we were offered drinks and nothing was too much trouble. I had bought a product before we had even sat down 🤣
We booked in for a haircut for my 8 year old daughter Lois and we chose Libby as the stylist. Lois had her washed and was offered a head massage, Lois thoroughly enjoyed this pampering.
Libby was absolutely lovely, she listened to what we wanted to achieve with Lois’s very long, thick and wavy hair and she delivered the most beautiful cut and style. Thank you so much for making our first visit at Novo Hockley such a lovely experience, we can’t wait to return!
