Novo Hair

Nicola has been my hairdresser for many years and it always looks fabulous. Her advice on colour is always spot on, she is friendly and professional. I always feel pampered with the head message.

Megan has really transformed the condition of my hair without cutting it short after my hairdresser retired I tried multiple saloons but they did not cut it as I like it but Megan has done a great job in only 2 visits she will now be my hairdresser of choice Lovely girl

Emma coloured my hair as am trying to change from one colour to another, we have a plan that will take a few months, but will be worth the wait to finally have the look in after.
Megan did the cut and finish, and I left feeling like a million dollars.

Booking online was easy, offering the use of the quiet area really helped, and big thank you to Joanna her stylist - she was very kind and put my daughter at ease, taking time to explain everything, my daughter was super happy with her hair cut, just as she had wanted :) my daughter came out of Novo and said she enjoyed it and would def go back, which is amazing - Thank you :)

Skarlett was absolutely wonderful with my grandchildren today - she did an amazing job on both of them; my granddaughter loved her first proper salon experience, whilst my very nervous grandson really benefited from Skarlett's quiet and caring style and her checking along the way that things were how he wanted. She definitely has two new clients! Fantastic experience.

I was very happy with my colour from Emma S which has toned down all the blonde which was too blocky, then had a great cut from.Elaine.

Another fabulous experience at Novo with Addison, she is an apprentice and I wanted a colour change from blonde highlights to slightly darker and she did exactly what I wanted.
I would recommend anyone to book in with the apprentices on a Monday afternoon

Great service as usual, as soon as you walk through the door. A nice welcome, from everyone 😀, a couple of minutes spent deciding what is being done & then over to have your hair washed. Again the girls who wash your hair are very nice & polite & do a lovely job.

Getting my hair cut and coloured is always a treat! From the lovely staff who bring drinks, wash my hair and give a relaxing head massage to Emma, who always gets my hair just right. She gives great advice on how to look after my hair and style it when I’m at home.

First appointment at Novo today and to say I am happy is an understatement! Megan listened to what I wanted, made suggestions about how my hair could be cut and took notice of the photos I had.
I ended up with exactly the style I wanted and my husband even said it made me look younger…….i’ll take that but it was all due to Megan.
I definitely will be returning
