Novo Hair

I have been having my hair cared for, by Kevin, for 35 years....yes 35 years and have always felt better for the many visits to his progression of salons. Not just with Kevin but also the staff he has trained and reflect his ethos. Although now older than the majority of clients of NOVO, I have always felt welcome and valued.

I had my hair done by Joanna and I honestly couldn’t be happier!
She took the time to really understand what I wanted — a natural look with baby hair highlights and soft curtain bangs — and she absolutely nailed it.
The colour is blended so beautifully and suits my face shape and skin tone perfectly.
She’s not only talented, but also incredibly kind, patient and detail-oriented.

My hair feels healthier, looks lighter and more vibrant, and the cut works perfectly with my natural waves.

My hair is styled by Lillie l look forward to my salon visits, Lillie has been styling my hair for quite a few years, she is very professional, a great listener, and always happy, Lillie gives great advice on hair, colour and is an asset to Novo salon. I think a nice touch for Novo is to have at xmas or generally a glass of cava in celebration of hair, and the good feel factor for clients.

It is always lovely to come to Novo Hair. The staff are unfailingly friendly and welcoming. While having my hair washed, I can enjoy the seat’s in-built back massager and then I am asked if I would like a head massage. After this I am offered a coffee. What’s not to like?
Of course, the best thing about my visit is my wonderful hairdresser, Elaine. She has been my hairdresser for decades and cuts my hair beautifully. People often comment on my haircut and ask where I have had it done. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
