Great as always, there’s a reason I’ve stayed with the same Salon since they opened and Adam for the last few years. Friendly environment, great staff. Really listen and make sure that you get the cut and style you want and leave happy. Because we’re all worth it!

There is no words to describe my disappointment from having my hair butchered today. I’ve asked for a refund. I had beautiful long flowing hair that needed a trim, I now have a bob.

I was taken care of by Jessica who isn’t on your list above. In all my years seeing lots of different hairdressers, Jessica is a stand out. In fact, I had found a hairdresser in Braintree but because she was so engaging, funny, lovely to talk to, oh and did the most amazing job on my hair, you have gained a customer when I may not have come back. Emma is always very patient and kind when we go for my son’s haircut. He doesn’t like the hairs going down his neck and she is always very considerate when we take time to blow the hair off his neck throughout the haircut. She goes at his pace and makes him feel comfortable. He is increasing in confidence with his haircut due to her sweet and patient nature. So thank you very much :)

Adam, as always, did an amazing job on my frankly, non descript hair. The service there is good. Everyone is really friendly. Almost feels like having a coffee with a friend each time I visit.
