As always Louise has given me a very good haircut.
I do however have a problem with communication as the salon does not have a receptionist. This means trying to book an appointment has become a real issue. Multiple unanswered calls having left my details with poor response. My 5 star rating for service is more about how I am looked after when I am at the salon.

Louise is so lovely always a pleasure to see her and she is so caring and professional and offers helpful advice. *****

Had my hair cut by Lou today. It’s the first time I’ve been to Rud Hair. I am absolutely over the moon with the result! It’s the best cut I’ve had in a long time and I won’t go anywhere else now.

I had a lovely experience with Cristina. She’s recently joined the salon, but you can immediately tell she has lots of experience and really knows her stuff.
She did my roots and styled my hair, and I’m so pleased with the result! She was lovely, professional and made me feel completely at ease. My hair looked and felt amazing afterwards.
I’ve already booked my next appointment, would definitely recommend.

I had Jess again today and she did an absolutely amazing job I went from bright blonde back to my natural hair colour and she took the time to really understand what I wanted and gave me exactly that I am so pleased with it and had such an amazing experience and will definitely be going back.

First time visiting the salon, I was a little nervous as I have had my hair cut by the same person previously for as long as I can remember, well there was no need. Laurence talked me through my hair cut every step of the way, clearly understanding how to get the best of my curly hair. Such a friendly salon would definitely recommend.

Popped in today for a in-between appointment for my fringe to be trimmed, nice and quick , great result... even fitted my grandaughter in for a quick trim . Always a good atmosphere, very chilled and friendly

Jess did an amazing job correcting my hair after discovering the previous hairdresser was bleaching my hair and causing damage. She has now explained we need to slowly rebuild it to get it where it needs to be. I felt listened and confident after seeing the results

Louise was cutting my hair for the first time and she carefully listened to my requests. I am pleased with hair.

As always I had a lovely fun transformation with Emma, giving me an exciting colour change that makes me constantly smile :-) she is a magician when it comes to colour.
