My stylist was Jess. As always she likes to check there are no changes regarding my hair. Colouring and if I am happy before proceeding with any treatment. I am very happy with the service I receive. Excellent value for money.

Adam, as always, did an amazing job on my frankly, non descript hair. The service there is good. Everyone is really friendly. Almost feels like having a coffee with a friend each time I visit.

I saw Laurence who gave my coarse curly hair a wonderful cut and blow dry. He is a lovely guy and really made sure I was happy at all times. I would recommend Laurence

There was a notice on the reception desk advising that prices would be increasing after April 1. I felt it should have stated by exactly how much the increase would be to enable customers to decide about future appointments.

I had my hair done by the lovely Jess. OMG an amazing first class service. She makes me feel amazing when I leave the salon. I won’t have my hair done by anyone else. In fact she brought me close to tears with the end result. Why? Because she knows exactly what I need that’s right for me. No hard sales. Just the right touch.

I had a cut and blow dry today with Jess, who was so warm and friendly. She made me feel so relaxed and did my hair beautifully. Would highly recommend!

Great haircut as usual

I would highly recommend I went today full of embarrassment as my thick long curly hair had got completely matted and I couldn’t get it out and made it worse I really thought I’d have to get it shaved off and so did everyone else but the lovely Laurence and Gabriella and their magic hands got stuck in made me feel very comfortable and welcomed and not at all embarrassed and got every Matt out of my hair by the end my hair looked amazing. I couldn’t recommend this hairdressers enough if you want a warm welcome and a wealth of experience it’s the place to go. It’s by far the best hairdressers in great Dunmow.

Brilliant service by Jess who has brought back to life my hair colouring gradually. It looks and feels healthier.

Very good salon experience

After my original hairstylist was not able to come in, Heather at Rudhair did everything she could to make sure that my hair appointment was still able to go forward. Lawrence came in on his day off to do my hair. He was very knowledgeable and did exactly what I was hoping for. I left feeling very happy with my hair and the service I received at Rudhair.
