I have been using Luminis Beauty Lakeside for a number of years now and have never had a bad experience. All of the ladies who work there know there job. Just perfect!

I had a fabulous murad pomegranate polish from Hayley. Hayley was friendly but professional. There was just the right amount of pressure used for the massages. I would definitely recommend this treatment and this therapist. The salon is a long distance from my home but I will be back.

All I can say is there are no complaints my end. what a great service you provide. I walked Filling like Frankenstein and come out like the rubber man feeling relaxed and pain-free with no stiffnes At all.

I am a regular attendee at the spa and every time I go it is always excellent.

Nikki has been doing treatments for me, she is extremely considerate, polite and very positive in her work. Gives exceptional knowledge and professional opinions of products best to use for my skin type. There was an incident last month whereby workman were on site attending severe repairs for some major plumbing works! Thought staff on the day Nikki and Catherine coped remarkably well, the noise level and pollution were absolutely dreadful!!!

Had a lovely treatment with my friends at Luminis Lakeside today. I am 32 weeks pregnant and my feet have been really puffy and sore from the long summer heat. I really felt spoiled afterwards. Lovely and friendly staff and my therapist Elise was a pleasure to chat with too. She also did a great job with the shellac application. Will definitely return for future visits to try their other treatments.

I go to luminis for my spray tans and they always do a good job. The girls are friendly and always pleasant and the tan looks natural and good.

I came to Luminis today as I was given a gift voucher for my birthday, I had the cloud 9 treatment with Nicole. I never treat myself to this sort of thing ever and I did feel a little nervous on what to expect, however Nicole was really lovely and made me feel at ease she helped me with my concerns and gave me advice, she also helped me with possible future products to use. I found the spa to be extremely professional and most definitely make customers feel comfortable. I would most definitely recommend Nicole especially if you are new to treatments, she is very calm and friendly and does an amazing massage, thank you so much.

I had an amazing experience, everyone was so kind and eager to help! Stacey was able to give me an aromatherapy massage that was magnificent!! Definitely recommend!!

Relaxing and fantastic

Atmosphere and service was absolute fine, but hardly any dead skin removed on pedicure and shellac is very see through and not very tidy. I have had much better pedicures for more than half the price, so was a little disappointed with the outcome.

Good deep tissue massage. Massage table does not support head adequately. Surroundings a little shabby especially toilet. Price quite expensive.

We went to Luminis at Lakeside for Manicures and spray tan, the beauticians (Mel, Nikki and Elise) made us feel really at ease and comfortable. Great aftercare advice and helpful when we asked about other treatments. Will definitely return and recommend to friends.

It’s a bit more expensive than some other salons, but I can’t fault them. I am always seen on time, the staff are really friendly and I have always been more than happy with the results. Whoever I have had has made a good job of shaping & tinting my eyebrows and as I work, the fact they are open late is extremely helpful

Zoe extremely considerate toward her clients, has great knowledge of all treatments and products provided at the spa in Lakeside. My skin totally transformed and really feel the benefit of appointments and guidance on best ongoing care.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The treatment itself was very very relaxing and blissful. The staff were able to also advise me and help in purchases that I could integrate into my skin care routine

Most staff are great and helpful. Some still treat me like a pervert. I am not paying higher then average prices to be judged and given a lesser service. I was hoping that with higher prices there would be a guarantee of professionalism. Sorry to the staff that stay professional and provide really good service but some of your colleagues are letting you down.

I booked the perfect pair - was really good. The massage was great, one of the best I have had, great value for money and a lovely place. Would definitely go back.

I enjoyed my deep tissue massage felt like the lady broke up some tightness in my back aswell as making me relax so much I was falling asleep
