Hannah has always cut my hair at HOB and knows my hair so well. My hair has been breaking considerably recent and I needed quite a considerable change to my normal trim. Hannah was very sensitive and professional as to how she approached this with me and I left the salon knowing that Hannah had advised me the best course of action. I completely trust Hannah and would recommend to anyone trying out a new hairdresser or wanting to find a hairdresser for life!

On the day quick wash and blow dry

Not happy. Hve eye infection so went for quick wash and dry as cant get eye wet.
Advertised as £22. Stylist asked if i wanted my hair curled - said didnt mind - put in 3 brushes (to curl) for 5mins. Charged me an extra £5 for curling my hair. Wasnt mentioned I would have to pay extra by stylist.

Absolute pleasure coming to this salon. I've been coming to this branch for about a year now and never have I been disappointed. Gemma is such a lovely person with great conversation and today I was treated to an ice lolly which was amazing since it was so hot! Definitely never had an ice lolly in a salon before lol!
