I used a Virgin Experience voucher for my visit to Hob in Epping. I received a warm welcome and had a great head massage after my shampoo and conditioning treatment from Diana. Sophia (apologies if I have got your name wrong) restyled my hair into a fantastic short bob and finished it into soft waves. I will visit again when I am next in the area.

I asked Sheramjn to advise me on going blonde as I was so fed up with the grey root re growth from my once dark hair which i had tinted every 4-6 weeks. She was so helpful and explained it would take quite a time to attain it. Especially as my hair is very fine and not that thick. She helped by advising the colour she thought would work well with my skin tone. I cannot believe how my hair looks now. I’m a real blonde and the cut looks current and very trendy. I’m 75years young and it was a huge decision but it was the best decision I ever made with the sound advice from Sheramjn.who is a true professional. If you need some one you can trust Sheramjn is your one to go to. And she is so nice. Bless her she has changed my look and life. I just love my hair now. I’m so great full to Sheramin worth every penny. I feel good.

Such lovely staff, really welcoming and so accommodating. I went for my toddler to have her hair trimmed and the service was brilliant. It was also a really fair price. Based on this, I will go back for my own hair.

I had a fee issues with thinning hair and poor condition early last year and went to HOB for expert help. I've been going ever since! I see Sheramin, for my curly hair. She knows exactly how to cut it and style it to enhance the curl. It has never been in better shape or condition. I always walk out feeling happy and renewed and it lasts for around 8 weeks before it needs a bit of maintenance. Sheramin is wonderful! She is friendly, bubbly and above all experienced and professional and I love what she does for me each time I see her.
Recommend HOB. It's a little more expensive than the average high street hairdressers but going there has made such a difference to my hair that it is worth it.

Beth is most incredible colourist I have ever met! She is so talented, always produces the best results. I’ve never found a permanent hairdresser as I’ve always left most salons underwhelmed but I’ve been Beth’s regular client for over 6 months and never plan on leaving. I always leave the salon on cloud 9! Give this girl a pay rise!

Beth is amazing and I always love having my hair done with her at HOB! She is professional, very knowledgeable, always does my hair just how I’ve asked and super friendly!
I would alway like to mention that Gemma on the reception is extremely friendly, helpful and passionate.
My only criticism would be my hair washing experience for a number of reasons - this was done by another girl (junior). She wasn’t very friendly, she just asked if I wanted an extra treatment but didn’t explain what it was until I asked. Water kept being sprayed on my face and my scalp massage was over within 10 seconds. Disappointing and I have to add that this wasn’t the first time this had happened with the same girl. (Previously George has been brilliant)
I’m not sure if this is the lady I’ve had twice lately but she is excellent she really understands difficult to manage hair and is so professional talented and friendly thank u

Today I had my highlights done with Beth, she is such a lovely lady and is an expert on colouring, she makes you feel at ease with her knowledge about colouring hair. It is a very friendly salon all the staff are so nice. A shout out to the junior (Tilly) who gave the best shampoo and head-massage.

I'm an older lady with short hair and was very nervous trying out a new stylist. From when I walked in to inquire I felt my needs were listened to by the reception staff and I was given the lovely Sheramin who had the experience to do a short sharp cut, and did so with concentration and style. She made me feel at ease and my hair turned out well. I was so pleased I have booked my next appt with her already. Good salon, nice staff, good cut.

Hannah has always cut my hair at HOB and knows my hair so well. My hair has been breaking considerably recent and I needed quite a considerable change to my normal trim. Hannah was very sensitive and professional as to how she approached this with me and I left the salon knowing that Hannah had advised me the best course of action. I completely trust Hannah and would recommend to anyone trying out a new hairdresser or wanting to find a hairdresser for life!

Not happy. Hve eye infection so went for quick wash and dry as cant get eye wet.
Advertised as £22. Stylist asked if i wanted my hair curled - said didnt mind - put in 3 brushes (to curl) for 5mins. Charged me an extra £5 for curling my hair. Wasnt mentioned I would have to pay extra by stylist.
