Brilliant service, talented stylist

Very friendly salon with lovely staff members, especially the lady on the front desk. But I paid £20 for a wedding GHD curl and felt like it was a bit of a rushed process and experience, considering it was rainy outside, the curls were done quite loosely and lasted 40 mins before I had to re curl them myself… which defeated the point of me having my hair done by a professional. I had an umbrella and walked straight to my car and was in shock when I looked in the mirror and it had dropped already in 5 minutes!

I struggle to keep my hair curly when I do it myself, but have never had a problem when curled by a hairdresser - even in adverse weather conditions. It was just a bit disappointing that I travelled from the midlands to have my hair curled for a wedding, pay money to then have to rush around before a wedding re curling my hair! Was quite stressful and I had just hoped for a better result really, such a shame. I have friends in the area and often around for parties and events, but unfortunately I highly doubt I’ll return…

Ben helped me choose the colours to tone down my blonde hair. Excellent colours and the results are exactly what I wanted.
