I came as a nervous client, but I confidently return to Alex. She takes time to listen and goes out of her way to make you comfortable. She explains what she’s doing and I always get exactly what I ask for

Everyone is very friendly in the salon too, making the whole experience very lovely

Initially I was anxious as I have had a bad couple of hair cuts recently. But Gary made me feel 100% at ease! Not only did he call me before hand, but we had a in dept consultation just before my cut.

The cut itself was outstanding and the blow dry even better! I'm happy to say I have FINALLY found a salon I can regularly attend and actually look forward to going! Thanks again Gary and I will be seeing you soon :)

Chelsea completed my balayage for the first time, and I absolutely love the results! She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to understand the look I was aiming for. Her attention to detail and care throughout the process made me feel completely confident in her hands. The transformation exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier with how my hair turned out. I would highly recommend Chelsea to anyone looking for a balayage :)

Charlotte. Chelsea and Kira were all lovely! I think there probably needs a little extra time added onto the online booking choices thought I booked a cut and blow dry but apparently just booked a blow dry however as my hair took so long to take highlight wise there was only time for a rough dry. Thankfully I wasn't going anywhere so it didn't matter but if I was going out and wanted /needed my hair to look perfect there wouldn't have been enough time! Ive manually booked my next appointment to be sure!

I have just over 2 years of post chemo growth and had chosen to just let it grow and see what happens. It reached the point where it needed attention, and Sarah did an amazing job of turning a curly, fuzzy birds nest into a sleek wave style which feels lighter and fresh. Very happy and will return.
