I was nearly knocked over at the price. I’m afraid for that reason I couldn’t justify a tip and I won’t be coming back here to have my daughter’s hair cut. Everso sorry to say.

You left me with yellow stripes, dry hair without a toner. I’ve read that every hairdresser should apply a toner to blonde hair when it’s been hi lighted. You advised me that it wasn’t necessary but I’ve been told since by everyone that’s seen me that my hair is yellow.

Abbie as always started talking to me about my hair and what i’d like, i told her and she gave me some friendly recommendations on my hair which i solely appreciated!! Tilly then washed my hair and she’s very heartwarming and talkative when i engaged in conversation which is always a plus when you go to this salon because they make you feel so included and heard. It’s a shame I have to leave a bad review but didn’t get what I asked for. Said no stripes or yellow hair but unfortunately that’s what I came out with. Asked for lots of blonde but that translates as yellow. Wanted a relaxing experience but talk and talk, even the hair washing was too much talking. Just wash and massage please, too much about your children when all you want is a quiet experience. Give me a head massage in peace! I would love a hairdresser and washer that just keeps to themselves, thank you
