Great cut today at Braintree beach - loving it and Danielle really listened and did such a great job - looking forward to my colour next month ????

Really lovely cut, Toni knew just what to do!

I was going from dark to highlights and did not want to look as though I had suddenly gone white haired. Paul did fine highlights and then a toner on them which brought my hair up a couple of shades for a gradual lightening process over a few months. I was very impressed with the subtle lift which is noticeably lighter against my dark eyes but perfectly blended....I will definitely return for more. Staff were all friendly and nice too! I could not be happier...

After recently moving to the area and always would go to toni and guy for my cut and colour. I must say at my first visit to this new branch I would be sure to return. I was welcomed from Toni and her colleague on Sunday. Who instantly made me feel at home. Talking through my hair, condition and what I was after she delivered over 100% I couldn't be more happier with my highlights and cut. Lovely afternoon being pampered and a fab hair cut, treatment and restyle

Today was my first experience in the Braintree branch it will be my last... as soon as I got there I was left for a good 10mins for someone to come say hi can I help. Then to be fair the lady did what I asked for but after Asking me what I would like and then applying the dye she had another client in and I was left to the trainee. I my self work in customer services and have done for years so I can tell when I’m being spoken about and moved on . I felt as if I was not really wanted there. The trainee told me that ***** was coming back to put the toner on my hair as I’m sure the trainee wasn’t to happy about doing that her self, but I see them whispering to one another and then the trainee case back to do it. Again I got the impression that I’d be passed on. Then I was asked how I want my hair finished. Ruff blow dry or dried straight.( it be got longish hair) I asked what that meant and was told that if I wanted it straight it’s another £4.99 by the trainee! So I’ve basically paid £100 for someone to put dye on my hair! I never expected to leave a salon with out having my hair finished. I left the salon with worse looking hair than I walked in with.

First time in the Braintree branch with the lovely Danielle, an overall very relaxing experience, wash cut and blow dry and the most amazing head massage, just what I needed!

I used go braintree in many years ago till before chirstmas 2018 I went to there and staffs are so lovely and Paul was nice and brillant as well- he done colour my hair and discuss with me before start doing my hair. And Toni was lovely and great. And I'm so happy with my hair and colour. Yes I will come back again! Thank you for made me felt welcome and relax. I had something going on before I coming for hair appointment but staffs made me felt better afterward.

I do think it's quite expensive.for cut & blow dry.

My 15 year old daughter felt very comfortable having her hair cut here and she loved her hair cut. Would definitely recommend.

My daughters received beautiful haircuts yesterday at Toni & Guy Braintree but mine was the worst ever!! One side is so short i have almost no hair left and the other side comes down to my jawbone. It looks awful! The cut is so jagged it looks like a child has attacked me with scissors! Worst hair cut ever. Not what i asked for at all. Will definitely not be returning.

Great Experience, greeted by a lovely lady who offered to take my coat and scarf, sat me down straight away and offered me a beverage! Very luxurious customer service :) I am very greatful to Paul as he is very passionate about his profession that he didn’t allow me to make a decision that may ruin my hair! Love love love my hair - Sam transformed my hair from dry and shapeless into shiny and bouncy loveliness as always. Amber was the best assistant - nothing was too much trouble

Very professional, listened to what I wanted.

I'm thrilled. I didn't think I'd be able to keep half as much length with the state of my old layers but Amber managed to get rid of the bad layers and still keep the length at the front (Bob). She definitely exceeded expectations and all staff (& dog) seem very lovely too.

Amber - both of them! - were a delight today. Opening on a Sunday is a real plus point & I’m so happy with the cut that Amber gave me. I’ve booked in again for a colour & cut and I’m looking forward to it already. Thank you.

I arrived at the Salon to get a totally new look...the staff especially Sam and Paul ( i think it was Paul) were sooo lovely and put me at eaze. I went drom a bob to a sophisticated very short messy cut, i was sooo nervous. I had the cut and a colour and wasnt sure if it suited at first but now I love it! The guys were great, the cut is amazing...thank you so much for making this 50+ frump into a young hip 50+......ive even purchased some black.patent DM's to finish my look. Xx

Paul and Amber did an amazing job correcting the brassiness of my hair, freshening up my look by taking all the weight out of my hair and giving it more shape and volume by adding layers. Amazing service from both stylists, will definitely be back soon!
