The Hair Studio in Billericay

This is a new place in billericay and thought I would support this new local business. I have small children and was in a rush so popped in whilst passing. However I was shocked at the poor service. Firstly it took over 3 hours to cut my hair. The hairdresser was not suitably qualified. When I got home I noticed my hair hadn't been cut properly and was not cut straight at the back. Also the shape was all wrong. I phoned back asking for some money back to get it fixed but got refusal and attitude. I went back in to the salon and got shouted at which drew attention from the street. I got called names and told to get out. She even made her own daughter cry. I spoke to her husband who denied that it was a bad haircut and that the cost was cheaper than the going rate and called me a liar. I actually had to take him to my usual salon where they explained how shockingly bad it was cut and that they would charge the same amount. Only then did he refund some of the money. But he said not to te
