Very attentive and friendly. Great haircut with lots of advice on styling my hair at home.

I have been using this salon for a few years now and Sally is lovely, listens to what I would like and gives advice that I trust. It isnt the cheapest but value is ok and all the staff are lovely, none of that trying to look cool at the expense of the customer that I have found elsewhere and the cut lasts well. Previous salons always took my business for granted eventually but the service here is consistent. The salon is bright and modern and has a decent loo that they are gracious about customers using. Always offer a hair massage and have massage chairs as standard. The drink offer has been drastically cut, for the money it would be nice to have a
more interesting selection..I just have water as I am allergic to coffee. Always spotless and tidy. Recommended overall, these are just tweaks to make it even better.

Really impressed with Sally's patience and gentleness with my hair. My appointment was a walk in and she immediately made me feel at ease. I've been very hesitant to have my hair done as stylists have been very heavy handed during detangling and with heat use, but I was so pleased with Sally's patience and the final result.

Great chat too, would recommend for 'nervous' clients in the chair.

I had an excellent experience by Sally; she transformed my hair from brown, long and straight, to curly with highlights. I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone in the salon is friendly and professional. You can’t get a better service.

I had Aysha for my hair appointment , and wow she don’t a fantastic job , she has made me love my hair so much , and gave me great advice for keeping my hair healthy , lovely lady too very friendly , cant thank you enough , all ready for my holiday now !

Took my 11yr old there today for her first proper ‘style’ cut before secondary school. Aysha was amazing throughout and spoke to her about what she needed to do to keep the style! Great service

This was my first time visiting the salon and it won't be my last. Sally was so lovely and welcoming. We spoke about what I was having done and shared her recommendation of better results. Had such a laugh. The back massage chair and a few lattes were a bonus

Aysha (Ajshe), is lovely she made me feel comfortable on arrival. She discussed with me from the get go what I wanted and what was achievable. It was the first time I had met Aysha, but the conversation naturally flowed. There wasn't a point where I felt rushed or left alone for long periods of time. It was my first time at ministry of hair and also first time in a salon for a long while but I was very impressed. I was seen to really quick and talked through how I wanted my cut with Aysha who also gave me good advice. She cut it just how I wanted with long layers and I was so pleased with the result. It was a great salon experience from start to finish and I highly recommend. I will definitely be back for maintenance on my new cut. Thank you

Absolutely great stylist and friendly atmosphere ?

First visit for me so I was a bit apprehensive but needn't have been. Sally was very helpful and friendly and did a good job considering I have very fine hair. Will go again. I had to leave quickly so didn't have time to discuss products

I cannot remember the girls name who did my hair. There was 3 who did it.
I love the colour of my hair. I love how my hair feels, after the cut. Never had a razor do the bottom of my hair.
The girls were fantastic and did a beautiful job.
