Love my cut and the colour looked lovely

Was due in at 515 then received three phone calls to come in earlier however I did state this wasn’t feasible but would try and we were booked in at 515 for highlights but when we got there we was refused highlights and told only half a head but charged the same price that I paid for my other daughter had for full head and it was kind of Charleigh to add as many as she could. This service shouldn’t be offered if 515 is too late to complete before closure. So was disappointed

This was the third time going to Ministry of hair and the experience is always lovely. My daughter wanted a different look but was unsure of what to do. As always, I was really happy with my haircut. Aysha is such a professional and friendly person. I’ve had my hair cut by her many times, and I’m always very happy with the way she does it.

I wanted a peekaboo style hair colour and was guided comfortably and professionally from consultation to hair day. Sam was kind and efficient. Would recommend her to my friends! Other ladies helped with washing my hair and they were nice too. The salon was quiet and clean, very chill even when servicing multiple customers.

Sam is a lovely, talented hairdresser who did my highlights beautifully. She’s professional, friendly, and clearly excellent at her job. Çeylan was amazing she thoroughly examined my hair and recommended the best treatment and hair style for me as I was so worried I had ruined my hair saying that I’ve booked in with her and I’m so excited to see the out come ☺️

My grey hair was not covered at all, and didn't take the color, results was quite different from what I expected, considering the amount I paid, the service wasn't worth the cost.

Absolutely love my hair! Charleigh is so talented, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. She made me feel completely at ease, and the results were even better than I expected. I’ve had so many compliments! I highly recommend Charleigh and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

Huge thanks to Charleigh for my cut and blow dry tonight - I haven't had my hair cut for a long time and it was very scraggy and out of shape.

Charleigh took the time to provide a consultation talking through what I wanted, how I wear my hair, face shape and how angles of hair worked.

During the cut and blow dry Charleigh was personable and we had a really good conversation. She made me feel comfortable and pampered.

I'm over the moon with my new cut and I'd be very happy to book again with her as my stylist.
