Lovely attentive staff, they couldn’t do enough, the two new girls who wash hair were so lovely and made a good impression! Really happy with my finish!

Love this salon and it’s staff. They’re always friendly, professional and clients are treated with such care. I’ve been coming here for about a year and I’ve always been thrilled with the expert colour and haircuts I’ve received from Daniel and Clarice. I’ll never look elsewhere for my hair care.

I had an appointment today at 6pm with a lady called Jay. Jay made me feel very welcome and relaxed and for someone who has anxiety this was a major relief. Very Happy with the service provided, which included wash (with head massage), cut which was just what I was after and blow dry. Will deffo be making another appointment in 6 - 8 weeks. Thanks for the lovely experience.

Sam did my colour which as usual was excellent and dan cut my hair for the second time and also excellent I cannot fault the service I went to them with a hair nightmare and walked out feeling a million dollars that's why I went back and will never go anywhere else

As usual extremely pleased with service

I come for what I thought would be an easy experience. I booked for a toner and wash/cut blow dry. My appointment was meant to be an hour long, I was in their for over 2h 30 minutes!! The toner turned the bottom of my hair grey when it was meant to clean up my brown/ blonde balayage. I had *****, she was lovely, kept her cool, very understanding. She explained that was the toner last used on my hair as it was recorded on the system. I'd always had fresh colour before. She said she would have done it a different way. 2 other hairdressers got involved to advise. It turns out ***** should have gone with her gut instinct. We go their in the end even tho I tried to hold back the emotions as it was a birthday treat for myself and was also very vary late for a birthday lunch date which resulted in missing out on as i was so late..
The biggest blow was I wasn't compensated for it in any way and still had to pay full price! I didn't question it at the time as I was so late meeting my friend and just wanted to get out.

They took care of my grandma when getting her hair done. They listened to her and gave her what she wanted. The colour of her hair and style when finished was great. Sally did a great job. There was also a youngood girl working their who was lovely and the guy on front desk with his silvery hair was helpful and made us feel welcome. Overall a great service and would recommend. Will be back for future hair appointments. Xx

The staff are lovely, make you feel welcomed straight away. I absolutely love my hairstyle and colour they have done to my hair. I would recommend them to family and friends. The best hair salon I’ve been too.

This is my experience with a new member of staff at the salon. The existing staff and manager Dan greeted me with their usual friendly professional manner and I was introduced to Sally. Sally discussed my needs and the vision of how I wanted my hair to look, I have just left the salon and want to say how pleased I am with my haircut and treatment and the whole experience.
