Having just moved to Hastings I needed to find a new hairdresser. It can be daunting after having the same hairdresser in Cumbria for many years. However I needn’t have worried. From the first consultation with Sarah to the actual cut colour and blow dry by Rachel I couldn’t have had better quality service and treatment. I am more than happy with the result.All the staff were friendly and kind. I love my hair and have already booked my next appointment.

My hair is not the easiest to cut and style and apart from an initial consultation on what I wanted, Rachel cut and styled my hair perfectly. Time was spent checking with me and my hair to ensure it was exactly as I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Delighted with the end result.

Sophie did the most amazing job on my hair. She is incredibly personable and professional. She talked me through each stage and all of the products that she was using. Her care and attention was 'second to none.!' She's is talented and knowledgeable in her work and takes great pride and pleasure in it. The salon was very comfortable and inviting. I especially liked the idea of someone welcoming you into the salon and greeting you. I couldn't be happier with my hairdressing experience. Thank you Sophie and thank you Aspects.

I had a tan spray for my wedding on Friday. Lisa was amazing she made me feel welcome, talking through the process and giving advice on how to maintain the tan, but more importantly Lisa you as well say to talk to and had really good interpersonal skills, I would definitely recommend to my friends and be going back when I have another event to attend.

Went to just have a fringe trim - nothing was too much trouble for Mary ?

As soon as I came in everyone was nice I got shown to my seat and then offered a drink loved the head massage I left with my hair feeling a lot softer and in a better condition will be coming back

What can I say. Go into salon feeling sad and came out feeling amazing. Special mentions to Sasha for being so lovely,Rachel for the best hairwash and massage and Mary as always who is so good at her job,so caring and just knows what a woman needs with the finishing touches. Constant flow of tea and biscuits and beautiful sunny garden to sit in.Management should be so proud of the empathetic, caring team they have at Aspects 1000% recommended.

It's my first ever hair salon experience in the UK and I don't regret choosing Aspects one bit. The staff is very warm and welcoming, my incredible hair stylist Sophie took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me the confidence I needed to love my hair again. It was a high quality service from all ends.
