Only slight criticism was my wash - not Lorna! No head massage and combing through hair without conditioner was a bit painful! No checking that water was right temp. May need reminding about letting client know what’s happening. Never had this issue before so thought it was worth mentioning. Sorry!

I had my hair cut & coloured by Amy. All good. I chose a different Toner to my previous one. Once home I regretted my decision. Catherine the Manager was great. Kerri put another Toner on & I am really pleased with the results. Plus I wasn’t charged. Fantastic service. Thank you

2nd hair appointment and thought I would try Kerastraight as I have thick, course naturally wavy hair which is difficult to manage as I struggle with frizz! Just had Kerastraight and have left the salon with sleeky smooth hair. I am looking forward to hair that is more manageable and less time consuming. Thanks Keira for the attentive service whilst providing this hair treatment. This is my second visit for a hair appointment, the first being a full head hair colour with blow dry. The colour by Catherine was lovely and natural finished off by a naturally, wavy blow dry by Keira. I have already booked my next appointment! Everyone in the salon is very warm, friendly and welcoming. Love the beauty treatments provided by Beth and Steph

I slid into oblivion during my massage with Beth. Concentrating on the areas with knots and tightness on my back and then shoulders and neck and onto temples. One to set you up for a relaxing evening or day

The treatment itself was lovely and relaxing. Steph applied the right amount of pressure. Just what was required!

However, the whole experience was hampered with the continued request, albeit polite, to wear a mask. When will this ever end?

I had a cut with Nicky just before Christmas, and it was the best cut I’d had for a long time. Nicky knew just what to do and totally understood my hair! Came back for a colour and equally as pleased. Really recommend her knowledge and the service at the salon.

Had issue with root colouring last time as much lighter than rest but Kiera listened & left colour on longer + used heat. Good result today & happy with cut.

Had my first Caci maintenance facial (with Hydratone Mask add-on) after completing the course of 12. I cannot recommend this treatment highly enough, I’ve been so impressed with the results - my fine lines have almost disappeared and my skin is so much firmer, I am continuing to see results and the mask took the whole facial to another level. I have been so impressed by the attention to detail and the way that this treatment is totally personalised. Thank you Steph.

I have to confess to only going to the hairdressers about twice a year, but Hair Gallery is a beautiful salon with a really great atmosphere. First time that Olivia has done my hair and really pleased. She is incredibly friendly, listerns to what you say, but is also able to offer excellent advice and suggestions as to what might suit. A lovely cut. Really pleased with my new look. Many thanks. Will definitely be back.
