Another fab appt with Nicky, to have my hair coloured and cut. She is a really lovey person and got my hair from day one! Love the cut, the service and overall really happy.

As always very professional, asked if I was comfortable, refreshments offered at regular intervals.

Olivia was great! Friendly, bubbly and easy to talk to. Love my hair colour as well, which has gradually been getting brighter each time I come back. :)
The hot chocolate was amazing too.
It was also great that my appointment was able to be fit into the end of the day. I didn’t really need it blow drying so I was happy to not need that done.

Lorna makes the most of what hair I have - very thin on top - so that I look neat, smart and well groomed. Gives me confidence and that is a great gift. Lorna is very friendly and works with her client to get it right. Very pleased to have found Hair Gallery.

As always Olivia offers a relaxed and cheerful experience when visiting the salon. 10 out of 10 for customer service and for always knowing the hair colour options I desire throughout the year.

Really pleased with result, just bit annoyed because I was quoted £170.00 but it turned out to be £182., not impressed, I need to know what I’m paying before hand that’s why I ask normally

Lovely relaxing back, shoulder & neck massage which certainly helped my dodgy back! Beth was very friendly and professional and gave me really good advice on how to look after the muscles in my back & shoulders to alleviate pain from age and sports related stress.

I like Kerri’s approach to beauty. A great job done on eyebrows.

Always a pleasure to be in your salon. I’m looked after and come out with a good cut.

I don’t go to the hairdressers very often but when u do I try to book Nicky at Hair Gallery ; she is a brilliant stylist , always takes time to talk through what I want and always ‘delivers’ . I would not go anywhere else in Crowborough for a hair cut . Might be a bit more expensive than other salons on the area , but never disappointed.

Only slight criticism was my wash - not Lorna! No head massage and combing through hair without conditioner was a bit painful! No checking that water was right temp. May need reminding about letting client know what’s happening. Never had this issue before so thought it was worth mentioning. Sorry!

I had my hair cut & coloured by Amy. All good. I chose a different Toner to my previous one. Once home I regretted my decision. Catherine the Manager was great. Kerri put another Toner on & I am really pleased with the results. Plus I wasn’t charged. Fantastic service. Thank you

Absolutely amazing such a pleasure having my hair done

2nd hair appointment and thought I would try Kerastraight as I have thick, course naturally wavy hair which is difficult to manage as I struggle with frizz! Just had Kerastraight and have left the salon with sleeky smooth hair. I am looking forward to hair that is more manageable and less time consuming. Thanks Keira for the attentive service whilst providing this hair treatment. This is my second visit for a hair appointment, the first being a full head hair colour with blow dry. The colour by Catherine was lovely and natural finished off by a naturally, wavy blow dry by Keira. I have already booked my next appointment! Everyone in the salon is very warm, friendly and welcoming. Love the beauty treatments provided by Beth and Steph
