I went to see Charlotte for the first time today - always slightly anxious and daunted by a new hairdresser getting near my hair due to previous disasters!

Having listened carefully to what I asked for, she highlighted it perfectly and cut it accurately and beautifully (an inverted bob), which is never an easy cut. I am thrilled with the results and have already booked my next appointment.

Very welcoming. Appointment on time. Very lovely stylist. Listened to what I wanted. Took lots of care, especially with the blow dry, rather than rushing through as is standard elsewhere these days. Would return.

The quality of service is first class and every care is taken to listen ( not all hairdressers do this!) and then, using top quality products, give you the look you want. The in house training is excellent and feedback taken on board. Well done all!

Charlotte listened and was very friendly, was more than happy to feather sides a little more when I asked ,to exceptionalcare when checking cut through.

Great service from everyone as usual. Catherine is a miracle worker, at sorting out colour correction of grey hair, and lots of time taken over problem. But afterwards what a difference.

Olivia was great! Friendly, bubbly and easy to talk to. Love my hair colour as well, which has gradually been getting brighter each time I come back. :)
The hot chocolate was amazing too.
It was also great that my appointment was able to be fit into the end of the day. I didn’t really need it blow drying so I was happy to not need that done.

Lorna makes the most of what hair I have - very thin on top - so that I look neat, smart and well groomed. Gives me confidence and that is a great gift. Lorna is very friendly and works with her client to get it right. Very pleased to have found Hair Gallery.

As always Olivia offers a relaxed and cheerful experience when visiting the salon. 10 out of 10 for customer service and for always knowing the hair colour options I desire throughout the year.

Really pleased with result, just bit annoyed because I was quoted £170.00 but it turned out to be £182., not impressed, I need to know what I’m paying before hand that’s why I ask normally

Friendly and professional

Lovely relaxing back, shoulder & neck massage which certainly helped my dodgy back! Beth was very friendly and professional and gave me really good advice on how to look after the muscles in my back & shoulders to alleviate pain from age and sports related stress.

I like Kerri’s approach to beauty. A great job done on eyebrows.
