Nicky was her usual calm helpful self, suggesting ways to improve my hairstyle. The Hair Gallery is always an experience to look forward to and I left feeling very happy with the outcome. It is a salon i can thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service. Very friendly and made me feel extremely welcome. Mulled wine on arrival (Christmas time) and to top it off my hair was stunning.

Appointment booked for a root touch up, Ellie was very quick and efficient, super stylist, friendly giving excellent service. In-between doing my hair she managed to book another appointment for me with Tracy who sorted that out, another lady who is both professional and efficient. I left feeling great so thank you ladies

Nina’s cut and blow dry is literally superb. I moved to Crowborough recently having
been to my previous hairdresser on Surrey for the last 32 years. I am truly delighted with this salon. I receive a reminder by text, can book on line, am welcomed on my arrival at the salon and receive excellent attention from Nina who could not try harder to provide a perfect cut. She is a real artist. Moreover Nina makes the experience so enjoyable as she has a great sense of humour.

As well as to help my back relax after another week working hunched over a laptop I booked this back massage as I'd overdone it at the gym a few days before and hurt my shoulder. As well as relaxing my back muscles Steph also expertly fixed my shoulder too, good as new. I can throughly recommend her therapeutic massage skills.

This was my first visit and won't be my last. I was looking for a new salon as my previous hairdresser left the old one. I'm very happy with the haircut I got, the hair wash and the whole friendly experience. Catherine is my new favourite hairdresser and the Gallery is my new favourite Salon from now on.

Arrived at the gallery, Ellie did my tint in a record breaking time 20minutes fantastic, Holly cut my hair which was crying out for some TLC and did a great job and Thalia assisted with the drying to make the time go quickly so I had time for another appointment. Having just moved into Crowborough I had the nerve wracking experience of finding a new hairdresser I could trust. Thankfully I picked the right salon and the right hairdresser first time! Nina patiently discussed what I wanted, got on my wavelength and gave me some good advice. An hour later I happily left the salon a very satisfied customer!

I popped my head (ha ha!) in the salon on Saturday afternoon hoping for a quick fringe trim and wash with rough blow dry. I was immediately accommodated with Natalia who did a perfect job exactly what I wanted at minimal cost.

Steph was brilliant, she worked on the areas that really needed focus. She explained what she was doing, why and how my body would benefit. Very knowledgeable and compassionate young lady, a real asset to your company. Steph didn’t recommend products to use at home, as she was focusing on the tension areas, which a product wouldn’t be of benefit. Thank you.

I want to say a huge thank you to Nicky and the rest of the team for putting so much effort into giving me the most beautiful hair colour I have ever seen! I had very dark brown hair and wanted to go a copper red with no bleach, and they all put their input into a new “recipe”, and the results are just stunning. Nicky especially worked so hard to make sure I was happy, and was incredibly talented, patient and lovely the whole time. I could not recommend a salon more!!!

Olivia - and Charlotte, who did an initial consultation - did a fantastic job rescuing my unkempt increasingly grey hair and transforming it into a perky mid-length bob. Feel 100% better!

Root touch up with Ellie and she did a great job, was limited to time so Holly assisted her straightening my hair showing fantastic team work and I left the time I needed to. Love the Gallery and the staff they have, efficient, caring and professional,thank you.
