Perfect as always! Always listens to what I want, but also offers their advice and I usually end up coming out feeling amazing!

Anita is absolutely wonderful. So talented and I always love my hair after she’s worked her magic. Everyone in the salon is friendly, decor, coffees etc are lovely and the location is good.

Very welcoming salon - greeted immediately I was through the door . Fehat was very attentive and listen to my request on colouring etc and showed me example of the colours to tone in with root colour etc. I was offered drinks - which was lovely along with biscuit . Very relaxing experience ( wash basin has reclining chair) . My hair felt like silk at the end of the process ( lovely conditioner- smell was amazing) and the colour and style was exactly to my liking!

Literally everything about this place is just perfect. It’s such a calming environment. Comfy chairs, fabulous coffee, relaxing ambiance. You can tell that all the staff adore each other and it gives the place such a welcoming vibe. I’ve not even got into the hair yet. While all of the stylists have their own speciality, they’re also so well rounded they can do anything. I’ve had my hair done by so many different people there, I’ve been going since Abbie opened her first salon lord knows how many years ago, I’ve never had a cut and colour anything short of spectacular. I’m always blown away by the level of talent and commitment to customer service. I can’t recommend The Strand highly enough. I know I’d never go anywhere else. The advice and aftercare is stop on. They recommend hair products but never push a hard sell. It’s not just products either, if you sign up to the newsletter you get so much good advice for making sure your hair always looks it’s best. I never feel as stunning and confident as when I leave The Strand with a fresh new look. It’s heavenly.

Only been coming to Anita for a short while but she always hits the brief. Showing her inspiration photos and she always nails it taking into consideration the limitations of my own hair and gives a style that compliments my own waves.

Travelled from Doncaster as Alex is the best.. xx ☺️

Wow what an amazing salon. I was greeted with a lovely warm welcome and asked if I would like a drink straight away. I was served with a coffee and a pastry. Very lovely touch. I was made to feel special and the salon had a luxurious feel. My hairdresser Feret was very skilled and attentive. I live my new hair cut and am so happy I have finally found a salon I want to keep returning too. Thank you for a wonderful experience and will look forward to recommending your services to my friends and family. You get a goody bag when leaving but I wont spoil the surprise. 100% recommend this salon. Best wishes

I had a full set of highlights this morning. Asked if Anetta could lighten it up as it was very brassy blonde on dark brown. Wow did she lighten it up, I love it. Wasn’t expecting her to be able to lift it so much in one session. I had a lovely morning, reading my book and relaxing. Took away some senses colour enhancing mask too, thanks for the recommendation Annetta.

Thankyou so much for my hair it's perfect. I had the light and bright blonding autumn package and love the results. I love the colour. I love that I was able to keep the length of my hair while still having a fresh cut that felt like a nice change. The scalp massage was lovely and I deffantly felt pampered. With a few things planned for September I feel ready to go with now with my new fresh clean blond hair. Thanks again

Had the most amazing refresh of colour today with Alex. He made me cry with joy today as I was given the cut and colour I'd long awaited my other salon couldn't achieve. Thankyou Alex, not only is my hair amazing, I feel I have met a fab friend too. Thankyou The Strand.

Well we're do I start! brought my son Alfie who's autistic in for his hair cut and washed with Alex he's never had it washed B4 as he normally hates getting his hair cut well 2day he won't stop talking to Alex who was fantastic with him and cut his hair just perfect, my son come out saying he really likes Alex and can he have his hair cut here all the time! 5⭐ service

Welcoming salon and you're instantly at ease around all of the team. The decor is beautiful.
Alex is ridiculously talented and somehow made my hair look amazing! Explained everything that was happening with the treatments, recommended 3 products for me to use at home and offered after care advice. Very fun appointment.

Alway a treat to have my hair styled every week. The shampoo and hair massage comes as standard and is magnificent 🤓

It was the first time I saw Alex today and I was made to feel comfortable from the start.
I told him what I wanted and he gave me a few options that would work with what I wanted.
I’m so glad I went with one of his options as I left the salon feeling very happy with my new hair.
He told me what products he recommended I use too which is very helpful.

Been twice and also recommended friends/ daughter totally happy !!

Fantastic service, Alex really takes the time to listen and discuss. From the layback chair when having your hair washed to the head massage from Lola, it’s was the most relaxing experience, and the best part is you get great hair at the end.

Really lovely, made me feel very comfortable and so passionate about his work. I will have my hair care always done by him now. 10/10 x

Ferhat is just an incredible hairdresser! I’ve never had a blow dry like it in my life, it lasts for days. The salon is lovely, the staff are so happy and welcoming they make you feel relaxed. I would 100% recommend everyone to go here, you will not be disappointed. Can’t wait for my next appointment.
