I Had my hair done by ferhat A .. I’ve had a few bad experiences in the past few years with other salons & my health it took a massive toll on my hair health which needed some CLT treatment, ASAP!!! I felt very nervous going , but I’m so glad I did , very welcoming. Listened to what i wanted reinsured me every step of the way and most of all I can style my hair again 💁‍♀️ highly recommend the strand & Ferhat , colour was amazing , salon is brilliant all staff are very welcoming and very friendly . thank you so much . 💐

I had my hair cut a few weeks ago and while I was happy with the overall style, I realised it wasn't quite as short as I'd hoped. I called Lauren and she was so lovely and accommodating-she happily made me a follow up appointment to tweak the cut. I really appreciated her professionalism and the care she took to make sure I was happy with the final result. Great service and great experience. Thanks again Lauren x

Ferhat does my hair every time I visit. He always does the colour how I want it. I feel confident and comfortable going to him. He’s very friendly, attentive and talented. My hair is very dark black and he managed to get to the colour I want. Love the colour he did for me. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants their hair doing. My daughter gets her hair done with him too and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Look forward to a refresh with him next time.

Very warm welcome, lauren did my colour which I love, and maddie did my cut and blow dry and put a curl in for me,l. Both very friendly and professional.all in all very lovely experience in a beautiful decorated salon will definitely be back

I got hair cut from maddie. Arrived half hour late still she accommodated me and gave me hair cut and asked other colleagues to give me a blow dry too although i was too late to have everything and her other clients started coming. Loved my hair cut and loved the hospitality

My 1st time at Abbies salon, I've been following her on Instagram for some time to understand the vibe of the place. My first visit did not disappoint, Abbie was attentive and friendly, overseeing the whole salon and I enjoyed a fantastic cut with Chris, who is just the best hairdresser and all round nice guy. Can't wait to go back and meet Alex for my colour. The salon is a credit to Abbie and her team. Give them a go, the place is full of experience and talent.

Maddie was so warm and welcoming (and so was the whole team!) from the minute she said hello! She really listened and help me achieve what I wanted for my hair! She had so much knowledge and advice I’m so in love with my hair a million times thank you!

Ferhat took time to confirm exactly what I was looking for and made it happen. I'm very pleased with the result. There's a lovely buzz of activity in the salon but nothing is rushed, making the whole experience therapeutic. Fab 'me-time'!

From the moment you walk into the salon you are made to feel welcome! My appointment was with Alex and he was lovely 🥰 He took time listening to what style I had in mind and I have actually come away from a hairdressers having the style that I wanted and it was a chilled experience from start to finish! I love my new look and will certainly be back to have more stylish cuts with Alex!! Thank you!

Excellent had my hair colour changed and cut shorter. Exactly what I wanted looks great. The salon is a beautiful relaxing place to visit well looked after. It's a treat to go there. Highly recommend. Babies has got it so right with salon and staff.

I popped in on the off chance of availability for a cut and blow dry and a colour consultation. I received a really warm welcome with a lovely pot of tea and biscuits. (It's these little touches that go a long way) Ferhat was free for a cut and blow dry and I had a really long chat about my colour goals. He listened to what I wanted and showed me photos which perfectly matched what I'd described. My hair wash was a lovely experience. He listened to exactly how I wanted my hair cutting and drying and delivered exactly that! I got a £20 discount as a first customer and welcome gift bag! My hair felt amazing after he had finished. You can tell he's a perfectionist.
If you want a hairdresser who listens to you and delivers what you want and you want to leave feeling a million dollars, then this is the salon for you!

The Strand is a beautiful Salon and from walking in on my first appointment I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable.
Anita has been doing my hair for around 6 months now and she is amazing! I had a complete change of style and colour and I have never had so many compliments on my hair!!
All the staff are really friendly and the salon has a great atmosphere.
Highly recommended.

I rarely get my hair done because it’s always been my safety blanket—I tend to stick to what I know. But Ferhat completely changed that for me! He gently encouraged me to try something new with long layers, and I’m so glad I listened. He did an absolutely amazing job. To top it all off, he gave me the most beautiful blow-dry I’ve ever had—now I truly understand why he’s called the king of the blowdry!

Ferhat is not only incredibly talented, but also one of the loveliest and most welcoming people I’ve met. I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. I walked out feeling confident, refreshed, and already excited for my next appointment.

I love coming here to get my hair done. I really feel like I'm being pampered! With the lie down hair wash experience and the conditioning treatments to the excellent service from Anita the whole package is amazing I definitely recommend! Had my hair done at The Strand by Abbie - partial roots this time - and as always, I left feeling great. I genuinely enjoy every visit. The whole team is friendly, approachable, and the atmosphere is always relaxed. I get so many compliments on my hair, which says it all! Bonus points for the lay-flat backwashes (my absolute favourite bit). It’s also a really inclusive and accessible salon, which makes such a difference.
Highly recommend.
