As always, Kate provided me with an excellent service. She has been exceptionally patient as I have been deciding on what changes I have wanted to make and has provided help and advice on what my options are. I raised an issue in respect of my last appointment when Claire was not in and the manager from another branch had been there. I was impressed with how Claire dealt with it and resolved my concern
