i came for my first ever visit to a salon and left feeling brilliant and happy, my uncle used to do my hair for me but i cant wait to visit the salon again, i felt really grown up.

first time in a salon in over 2 years, hannah had the tough job of doing my hair which is extremely thick and frizzy, but she got stuck in an cut it short and thinned it out just as id asked, absolutely lovely lady

After having a baby and I’ve not had my haircut or coloured for over a year (I’m sure there’s a few other people in this boat with Covid) I wasn’t feeling the best about my appearance before coming-
Kayleigh has done a fab job I love my new colour and cut I feel back to myself not just a mummy but me too!
Disappointed with hair. Asked for blonder came out almost same if not darker as went in, apart from covering all my roots that I couldn’t do the colour is blocky and stripy like a raccoon underneath and blonde not to the roots. Had colour all over around my hairline and on ears that was hard to remove. This should be wiped at the time Price used to be around £45 with Erica and now charged £61.80. Not sure what’s going on but gets more expensive everytime regardless of PPE. Billie Joe lovely girl, but on the whole outcome of hair not happy. Hope Erica comes back soon. Sorry don’t usually like to complain.

I visited the salon today for a cut and blow dry. The salon had safety measures to protect staff and customers. All staff where friendly and helpful with my enquires. I’m very happy with my hair cut and looking forward to visit the salon again.

Erica brought my hair back to normal again after lockdown, she did a fantastic job and was as pleasant as always! I felt very safe in the salon as all hygiene procedures had been put in place with only two customers and two stylists in the salon at one time, plastic partitions between the hair washing sinks and plenty of hand sanitizers! Looking forward to my next appointment with Erica ?

Was lovely to get my hair done for the first time since lockdown. Set up was fantastic with full PPE in place and more than sufficient room to ensure social distancing. Felt very safe and comfortable. Amazing service as usual
