I love going to Dizzy's, all the girls in there are absolutely lovely and friendly. My hair looks gorgeous when I'm done and I always get so many nice compliments once I'm home.

Disappointed!the result didn't come what I wanted.
During my visit to Dizzy's yesterday I requested that my hair be coloured and cut. (30/06/17) I had already encountered a disaster at another salon in Hull where I had requested for my very light blonde/ginger hair to be dyed a lovely shade of golden blonde ginger both to cover my roots up and enhance my existing colour. My hair was instead coloured a dark browny red by a Stylist and had to be rescued by the Manager who after stripping it coloured it a beige toned ginger blonde. This took 7 hours of my time! I was not charged at all for this and was given a very sincere apology by the Manager of the salon, albeit not by the Stylist! I explained all of this to the Stylst at Dizzy's. I even gave her details of a colour combination used previously by a Steiner Stylist who I had my done my hair whilst I was working abroad on Cruise Ships. I know that Dizzy's use the same brand of colour.
After Dizzy's Stylist applied careful application of this, It didn't colour up the beige tones in my hair and left me with a golden line where my new roots were growing through. My hair was a very dull copper colour. The Stylist then kindly offered to brighten the rest of my hair up with more copper tones. I commented that I didn't mind having a touch of red added as I was a natural redhead with copper auburn hair originally. To my dismay, my hair is now a very deep browny/burgundy red - worse than my previous disaster! I was so deeply upset I just wanted to leave the salon.
I was there from 10am until 2pm and the Stylist was clearly rushing adding the new tones, as my hairline became covered in dye so I had to ask for a wipe to remove it. I tried wiping it away myself and my hands became covered in the dye and were turning red! I was offered a stained, used flannel to clean my hands up with and a young girl working in the salon finally wiped off the excess dye with some remover. My hair visibly started becoming very dark pinky red so I got up to alert the Stylist. My hair was duly washed and rinsed. When I saw the colour I
Always a good experience.. all the girls are great at what they do. Erica did it today, but they have all done my hair at some point over the last 13 years or so, so I trust all of them with my mop. Always friendly and professional. Highly recommend Dizzy's

My friend and I had an appointment with Erica today, who wasvery lovely and personable. I was going to get my hair dyed but it was picked up very quickly that I wasn't able to. My hair was cut and styled very nicely, I was extremely happy with the service. Thank you Erica! ☺️

I have been going to Dizzy's for years and the stylist I virtually always have is Gemma. I can't recommend her and the salon more highly. Great cut, colour and finish and not that incessant small chat that I can't abide. Great service

Dizzy is a really friendly salon and the girls always make me feel welcome. My stylist is Emma who's fantastic, really skillful and a very talented colourist, so I always feel confident. All the products they use are top quality so all round a great salon experience!
