I had highlights done by Kerry. I thought it strange when there was no colour charts presented for me to look at,nor any questions about tone etc I wanted or would be suitable. Also she just brushed on one colour. I thought maybe she would add another one at least .I now know that was because she basically painted bleach on it. My hair is completely ruined,I’ve been to another hairdressers who were totally shocked at the state of it and actually thought I’d done it myself.
I am astounded that bleach was used without even telling me. My current hairdresser said it will take a while to get back into any sort of condition. In the meantime I look a mess.If I could give it a 0 I would.

This was my first visit to Dizzy's. I had a colour, cut and finish with Hannah. She was exceptional; friendly, diligent and keen to understand what I wanted. We discussed everthing at length to make sure we were on the same page and the results were fantastic. Not easy when you have overprocessed, fragile hair. I would recommend Hannah to anyone.
Always a pleasure to see the ladies, I didn’t have to wait long and the colour was discussed with myself and another lady. Hair was coloured then I was offered a drink and a magazine to read. I am very pleased with the outcome and will be seeing the ladies in the new year
Absolutely love my new haircut as it was completely as I envisioned it. The staff were amazing throughout the process and the service was impeccable.The atmosphere was cheery with Christmas songs in the background. I will definitely come here again!

I had a wash/cut/dry/straighten as a training model for Charley. She was an absolute star, a very pleasant young lady who is very keen to learn and do an excellent job. I was delighted with the results and cannot fault. The team supporting Charley need a mention and thank you too. The lady who booked my appointment on the phone was really nice, friendly and helpful. My hair was constantly checked by Billy and Hannah. I even learnt about hair cutting from them. Only thing to note is as this was training it did take a bit longer than a cut with a fully trained stylist but that is naturally reflected in the price. All in all the experience from booking to leaving was excellent and Dizzy’s team was great.
They fitted me in last minute, Carmen was fantastic! I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. Absolutely loved the experience and I love my hair. Thank you xx

I booked my two daughters on to Dizzy's for a last minute, back to school trim. The lady who cut their hair was amazing! Patient, professional, friendly and respectful. Lovely cuts, both children and I very happy.
I left feeling pampered and a whole lot better after my haircut. My girls 2 and 5 also had their hair cut (my 2 year olds first time) Billie was so patient and friendly with the girls she totally put us at ease. The atmosphere throughout the whole salon was cool, calm and collected. Everything you would want whilst getting your haircut. A true friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.

Hannah made a brilliant job of cutting my hair, because its so fine if cut wrong, all mistakes are hard to cover up she took her time and checked it over, not once but a couple of times, really happy with the result and will definitely going back again and again Thankyou Hannah.

Used Dizzy’s first time today needed recusing from a disastrous haircut. Billie Jo was great listened to what I wanted asked at different stages if it was ok or did I want more cutting off etc. and was a good price. Will definitely go back again
