I've been going to Deep for a few years now but had my hair done today for the first time with Stacey. I really love my cut and colour, just how I like it. Stacey was lovely, along with all the other staff in the Norton salon, and I would definatley book another appointment with her. Thanks Stacey ???? xx
I've been a deep customer for a few years now and as usual my visit today was a relaxing enjoyable one. ..and I love my hair. I had a nightmare as left my bag at work and had no money and no phone. .deep staff gave me a relaxing head massage. .did my hair and said i could pay later when I had retrieved my bag. ..thank you deep staff I can't recommend you highly enough

Great atmosphere and staff very professional and helpful. However I would suggest keeping a note of what products was used on the hair rather than having different shampoos/conditioners as you get a different result everytime.
Deep hairdressers Norton is a great place to go for a great haircut. The salon is clean and comfortable and the staff are welcoming friendly and know how to cut and colour hair. You never feel like just another client they make you feel like your visiting a friend for a cuppa and catch up and that your new hairstyle is the most important one. Although all the staff are great I must mention Hannah who always does what I ask her to with my hair no matter how strange and has been so supportive over a difficult time. Did I ever think I would rate a hairdressers so highly? No. But Deep Norton I do and would recommend it to everyone.
I have been going to this salon now for 3 years. The staff are always very friendly and professional. Gemma the receptionist is always a smiley happy & friendly. The service is always spot on and you are offered a drink and massage be it start of the day or close to closing. The staff all look like they enjoy working there and this shows in the service and experience you receive.

My only Dissappointment is the price.
I'm been coming to deep for a long time and I feel each time I visit I'm paying more. Used to be £32 but today I was charged £40.
Even more Dissappointed when outside there is an offer to have a walk in from £12.50 and the salon was almost empty.
I maybe shouldn't book and risk a walk in an save a fortune!
Suggestion..when booking confirm the price as well as the date & time.

I had my hair highlighted and cut and finish with Rachel today. I had a very good experience and love my hair. Thank you very much I will definitely will be going back.
I'm more than satisfied with the experience I had at Deep yesterday. From start to finish I was made to feel pampered and relaxed. My colour and cut is exactly what I wanted. I was also given a head, neck and shoulder massage, I sat in a massage chair to have my hair washed and I was also given refreshments.
I will definitely be going back there!

Hanna J has been styling my hair for about the last 3 year's and I can honestly say she is amazing! Knows exactly what suits me and is always happy and smiley :) I used to hate going to the hairdressers before I went to deep but now find it a really relaxed and fun experience! Wonderful service and staff!!
Visited Deep today for a cut and highlights, disappointed as the highlights are hardly noticeable and not the colour I asked for, you can only see them in bright light. The cut was fine so no issues there. I had this hair appointment booked ready for my daughters christening but it is not what I expected. Staff lovely can't fault them. This cost me £90 not worth it.

Just recently become a new customer as heared good comment and decided to give it ago. Pleased to say I'm glad I did, I was made to feel very comfortable and but at ease ,with the help of very friendly ladies who helped me decide on what I wanted , as sometimes you really don't know what's best.

Deep is the only salon which I can trust to give me the best natural looking highlights, and Wayne really does care about the health of my hair when recommending my treatments. Always impressed by professional but friendly service! That Gemma can remember my name on a warm, friendly greeting (given that I only visit twice a year) demonstrates excellent customer care. The hairdressers, trainee's and reception staff are polite and present with a lovely approach. The salon itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff always make sure of my comfort with a drink and a magazine

This is only the 2nd time I've visited Deep in Norton & I had full confidence in Melanie & her team. They were wonderfully friendly. Hard working. However most importantly, they listened to me. I came away with a drastically different haircut from what I entered with & it was perfect.
I cannot recommend Deep Norton enough.
Another great visit for me and for my 3 year old. Can't recommend this friendly and modern salon enough. They always make you feel like more than just a customer and Chelsea is a great stylist and brilliant with my daughter.
