Deep Hairdressing Norton in Stockton-on-Tees

Going to the hairdressers is like going to the dentist for me, that was until I went to Deep. I was booked in with Jayde for a cut and colour, not really knowing what style I wanted we had a chat, and then I let Jayde work her magic, and all I can say is I absolutely love it, the colour and the cut are amazing, and I won't be going anywhere else. The salon is immaculate, the staff are really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Jayde and thank you Deep.

Called in today on spec for the first time and I was treat in a friendly and professional manner. Suffering for a head injury the staff were friendly and helpful, giving advice and cutting my hair to suit the circumstances . Thanks Stacey I will be back as per appointment.

Unfortunately I did not get the style I was looking for from the stylist booked with me, the stylist was between myself and another customer. There was confusion on my appointment, the stylist was not prepared for the cut and style I was looking for after showing an image. They advised that the cut they had given me was as close to the style I had asked for, but 3 to 4 hours later I felt I needed to leave. I paid £84.00 for a hair cut I am now getting rectified else where.

Attend every other month for highlight, cut and blow dry. Always really pleased with results highly recommended

Being a wild longer haired man, trusting someone to cut my hair without making me sit in the ladies section is a big bonus ! This nervousness was further compounded with my local salon being moved to their HQ in Norton, Stockton where I had never visited before.
After my visit today, all I can say is I have been blown away by the exceptional service received from the initial understanding my vague request to the execution of the styling of my "mop" of hair to something out of a hair magazine shows the exemplary professional skill of my stylist and the patience she had during my time in her care.
I cannot rate the Deep hair experience highly enough and for the uninitiated, please don't hesitate , you are in extremely safe hands from the moment you cross the door in to the minute you leave. Sometimes it's worth following what you believe and trust, since the collaboration of the Deep salons into its HQ in Norton I would highly recommend anyone who previously used one of its sister sites to reconnect as you won't be disappointed- in fact you will be even further amazed !

Today I was looked after by the lovely Ann Marie who was dressed as a fabulous elf! She certainly worked her Christmas magic on my hair and I absolutely loved it! She is so kind and caring throughout and gave me great advise on what colour and style I could go for. She’s a an absolute credit to the salon! Will definitely be back in the new year :)

This was my daughter's third visit to the salon. Earlier this year, she was charged £19 for a cut and blow dry. Today, on asking, my husband was told it would be £42 - an increase of over 100% in a couple of months! Her age (13) has not changed and neither had the treatment. My husband said that this was unacceptable and was then told that they could do it for £36. He said that this still wasn't acceptable and was then told that they'd do it for £28. Although he wanted to walk out, he didn't want to embarrass our daughter so said that she could have it cut today but that she certainly wouldn't be returning. On collecting our daughter, he was then told that they would do it for £25 and that a note would be put on file so that, in future, she would only be charged £25. This is still an increase of over 30% in a matter of weeks. Our daughter was pleased with her haircut but we were far from happy with the whole episode.

Had a fantastic experience, the team were great. Had a lot of compliments on my hair and I love it!

Had my hair done by Hanna today at the Norton salon and I’m absolutely delighted with it.
The experience I had since my pre consultation till the end result today has been first class.
I’ve never felt so comfortable and at ease especially with wearing the headscarf but they facilitated my needs in such a warming and delightful manner.

Hats off to Hanna for fixing my hair after a disastrous ordeal on holiday which damaged so much of my hair. You never get the exact colour you request when requesting your hair dyed but she managed to get it exactly how I requested it. She was so friendly and helpful in helping me chose the style that I was after . I’m so happy with my hair and she has given me invaluable advice on future care for my hair.
Thank you deep for employing such lovely staff. I will definitely be callling back soon!! :)
