Never had such a lovely experience as I have had going to Saks, Stacey is brilliant and my hair always looks, smells and feels amazing! Such a genuinely nice bunch of people!

Stylist was lovely but I was disappointed with the blowdry no body limp hair and for the mony I paid it wasn't good.When I got home my husband couldn't believe I'd been to the Hairdressers so sorry I will cancel my next appointment. Irene

Stacey Louise was fantastic today. She really listened when I explained what I wanted and gave me excellent advice.
She explained everything thoroughly. I was over the moon with the results. Extremely professional, obviously very knowledgeable with colour procedures.
Already booked in for my next two appointments. Highly recommend.

Was at Saks Chester le street yesterday 26th September and yet again Stacey did my hair lovely. Ive watched Stacey grow from an apprentice to where she is today . I am so very proud of her such a warm good hearted person and I look forward to each appointment. Just love going to Saks, its just like home from home , such beautiful girls and always very helpful . You are all stars .

I’ve been using Saks for a few years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They staff are lovely especially Stacy. She knows how I like my hair without me even having to say anything. The past few visits I’ve had to take my son with me and all the staff have made him feel welcome even spoiling him with a hot chocolate. They’re all just wonderful!

My first appointment was a cut & blow dry. At my first visit my stylist gave me a consultation about colour I enquired about. I booked another appointment for my colour and can say I am very happy with her advise and my hair I love it and found my new hairdresser.

Stacey & staff very friendly. I have a mobility problem and they are always happy to help with moving from one place to another. This is all appreciated. Stacey is a very good stylist.

Gorgeous salon with the nicest staff. Zoey is a miracle worker, nothings ever too much of a job and shes always super honest with what she think will/wont work and offer suggestions to help decide whats best. Very well priced for all services too.

Absolutly over the moon with my colour. Becky was so patient and helpful with me as I had just had a spinal operation so every care was taken with me.

I've been coming here to saks over 19 years now and each time I come I get a warm welcome. Stacey Lou does my hair and she is such a lovely girl ,I class her as a friend more than my stylist.Infact all the staff are lovely , such a lovely bunch of girls. I'd never think if going anywhere else .Looking forward to my next visit .

Lovely couple of hours being pampered in great company by a lovely professional team

Lovely clean salon, all of the girls are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable, top notch products wouldn't trust any other salon. Katie always does my hair and treatments and couldn't be more lovely, she knows my hair well by now and always does a superb job, well done saks chester le street ? ? x

Zoey was very professional and conscientious, as was Emma who was dealing with my friend.
