As usual a friendly relaxed experience from professional staff

Brought my little boy (1 year old) for his first hair cut today. Jess was absolutely great with him and helped keep him entertained while trimming his hair. His hair looks great and he loved his first salon experience!

As usual, lovely efficient visit. Melissa has seen me go from shoulder length hair, to a bob and eventually a short cut, which I've kept for at least 6 years.

Gemma was as amazing as always :) she knows exactly how I like my hair and always does a fantastic job!

Gemma is fab. Not only is she a very talented and knowledgeable stylist, she’s become a friend. She always makes you feel good about yourself, she takes the time to ask about family/life and nothing is any trouble. Gemma has done my hair for a few years now and I wouldn’t change that. I’ve had lots of tips and advice about hair care, my hair is in excellent condition thanks to Gemma.

Jess is always upbeat and funny, and more importantly a really good hairdresser. The first time I visited she knew instinctively what I wanted and did my difficult hair better than any other hairdresser I had been to before.
From the conversations I have had, it seems that the manager really looks after her staff which contributes to a great atmosphere in the salon.

As usual staff very approachable and welcoming. I've been a client here for years and it's very evident that customer care is a priority.

Melissa has been cutting / styling my difficult fine hair for more years than I care to remember. Always friendly, listens to my thoughts on style, advises when necessary and besides that we ways enjoy a good chat as we put the world to rights. My appointment time flies by.
