Thankyou for your review Evie, however I feel your feedback was unfair considering your colour was not the reason for dispute, you refused to have your hair cut which was the reason your colour did not match the ends, we are not prepared to colour over previous colour which would cause damage, however after your return visit to the salon you have accepted that you need to have at least 3 inches cut to match. As a salon owner our team pride themselves on cleanliness and if you feel the salon is dirty might I suggest you stop returning and find another salon. Regards Pauline & Team Saks
