I have had issues with my hair due to medical treatment and Jess showed enormous empathy and skill - fantastic experience

A beautiful, small and intimate salon with a relaxed and very friendly approach and a great atmosphere 😊. I was met with a big smile and a hello and given coffee whilst I waited. It was such a refreshing change to have the same person start to finish and not be passed from pillar to post. I was made very welcome, we had a good talk through of what I thought I wanted and what was best and achievable for my hair and I was over the moon with the result. I was listened to, advised and came away with a feeling of having had an enjoyable experience. (Not forgetting the beautiful blue cups and saucers that my coffee cane in and I ordered a set whilst I was there 😂). Next appointment made already. Thank you so much !

Ann-Elise transformed my hair with her skill in colouring. She was quick to understand what I wanted and was able to advise me, and I had every confidence in her suggestion. She clearly has a lot of experience and training, is very professional and also very personable. I am thrilled with the result and found the whole experience very relaxing and was impressed with the friendliness of all the staff in the salon.

The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. Imogen provided a warm welcome & also washed my hair. She was careful & gentle, which was very relaxing.
Lissie then cut my hair, taking note of my wishes & then blow dried it. The style was exactly what I wanted, so I was very happy. Thanks to both of you.

She is young, pretty & has long light brown hair.
She always gives me very good advice & takes very good care of me. I leave feeling totally satisfied & happy 😊
