I had a great experience at Saks. The team in there are all really lovely and chatty, always making sure you’re comfortable.

I’m really happy with how my hair was styled and cut, it’s a better result than any other local shop, and it certainly looks a million times better than an at-home job.

It’s a bit on the more luxury/ expensive side of things and whilst I would love to, I unfortunately couldn’t afford use Saks every time I need a haircut, but I fully respect the amount of time it must take to learn the craft, and I think it’s worth every penny to get someone who’s so experienced. I would definitely visit a few times a year.

Jess has been doing my hair almost 9years now. It’s so healthy and strong, never go anywhere else. Today I set her the brief to go brighter for a change, I trusted her completely & didn’t need to show her any inspo pics. I absolutely love it as I always do. 💜

Ella cut my hair for the first time today and did a great job. Ella was attentive and chatty and I was pleased with the end result. I would not hesitate to book again.

This was my first visit in many years & I made a great decision. Ann-Elise is not only a first class hair stylist but a genuinely lovely person who enjoys making her clients look & feel fabulous. I wanted quite a different look to the very long & rather drab hair I'd had for some time & Ann-Elise ensured that I got the new style I wanted which would work well on my naturally curly hair which I also straighten at times. I will definitely be returning for my next haircut & I can't recommend the salon highly enough; everyone I came into contact with was both friendly & professional. I felt it was also really good value for money which is a major factor for many of us. I love my new hair & it's given me a real confidence boost. Thank you Saks & Ann-Elise! 💕

Very pleasant experience. My painful back was catered for by Jess who listened and explained how she was cutting and drying my hair.

My first time at Saks and not disappointed. Every member of staff was welcoming. 🤩Ella my stylist listened to everything I said and implemented perfectly. Ella advised with a long term plan asking at every point for my opinion. The result is a colour and cut that I envisioned!! Head massage was a very welcome extra. Would highly recommend

Loved having hair styled at Saks. Ella was delightful , listened to my ideas and took great care when cutting. I have very difficult fine hair that doesn't style easily.

I always enjoy my time at Sak's BC. I'm always welcomed as a friend and made to feel at home. Andrew is a skilled and creative hairdresser and quite a comedian!
