Andrew explained how he would tackle my hair after some discussion with me, and did exactly that. I’m really pleased with the result.

As always Jess cut my hair beautifully. She took time to discuss what I wanted and then exceeded my expectations!

Ella was fantastic her attention to details was brilliant she gave did an excellent job and I was delighted with the outcome . She really listened and made sure she understood what I wanted and talked me through the full cut to make sure I was happy. She was very pleasant and chatty and provided a great service . I was delighted to be squeezed in without an appointment.

I rang the salon today for the first time and was able to get an appointment for a cut and blow dry at very short notice. I was welcomed by the receptionist and met Andrew the stylist who gave me a lot of advice. I am very satisfied with the result, will definitely return. Thank you.

As ever my experience at the salon was high quality - started on time, offered a drink and excellent hair styling.

Had a wonderful experience this morning with Ann-Elise S. my hair looks perfect. I love the highlights Ann-Elise put on. The colour brightens my eyes. We had a giggle as usual and I look travel ready thanks to Ann-Elise❤️❤️❤️

It was a last minute booking and they still were able to Accommodate, I had a picture of what I wanted and Andrew delivered, extremely happy with the outcome and service.

I love the care and time taken with myself and observing the same for others in this Salon: I really love my stylist and recommend her constantly. Not only for the great job she does but for who she is to. She is always so considerate and caring too. Very pleased with my hair after a much needed cut and fabulous blow dry to. I went for new colour highlights today and was very happy that I made the change. Jess talked through the options and I was confident with what the final outcome would be. All Barnard Castle Saks staff are brilliant and I would recommend visiting. Also, get out of your comfort zone!

Ann-Elise is just fantastic. She really listens and gives great hair advice. She is also super talented and is clearly making the most of her colouring training in Manchester. I feel very lucky to have found a stylist like her . The salon has a lovely atmosphere too.
