TONI&GUY Poole

Andy the colourist at Toni and Guys in Poole has been colouring my hair for years now and I will not go anywhere else as he knows my hair and what I want and I am always feeling 100% happy and like a new person when I walk out the salon. He is Always professional and welcoming which is what you want from visiting a salon.

Excellent styling, super shampoo and head massage, a great experience. And the best bit was no loud music!

Dawn cut/restyled my hair, I couldn’t get to her for my last cut due to time and money constraints, but was so disappointed. I am terrified of hairdressers because of the cost! and the lack of skill that I have experienced over the years, resulting in complete disappointment - this just doesn’t happen if I get Dawn to cut my hair, I just wish I could afford to go more often. Today’s cut is completely brill, I love it - thank you ???? x

No matter what day or time I usually visit the salon, the atmosphere is always the same. Everyone from reception to management is welcoming and friendly. Sophie who cut my hair, did a brilliant job as usual and I left extremely happy.

I love going to Toni and Guy - not only an excellent haircut by Dawn but also a glass of prosecco on offer!

As ever, I came away from my time in the salon feeling very happy and relaxed! An excellent wash followed by an even more - but unsurprising given past experience - excellent cut and dry by the lovely Dawn.

Sophie listened to what I wanted and took a lot of care to achieve this.

Took my 4 year old daughter for her first hair cut. She was very anxious about it and was crying when we entered. She soon calmed down when the staff reasurred her and made a big fuss.
I asked her what her favourite part was and she loved having her hair wash.
Emily did a wonderful job and her hair looks lovely.
She has put her certificate on the fridge that she received.

I have been going to the Poole salon for a number of years, Jayne the Owner/Manager is wonderfully welcoming. Jayne is very professional and her expertise is unquestionable. Along with all her staff most especially Dawn who is an expert cutter I always enjoy my visit and leave very happy with my new look!!

A really friendly and welcoming salon with great service every time.

Have been going for few years just for colour which have been happy with. Recently they have raised prices but still went for the colour stylist. Salon insists on drying hair which has never been very good apart from the colour stylist but there is no option you have to have it dried.My last visit hair was dried without using brushes kept thinking she was going to. A brush was then used on fringe which by then made no difference as it was so dry. I asked why no brushes were used as usual to be told they can now only do technical dry and only use brush on fringe. I was left with completely flat hair with no shape lucky for me I had a hat so I could cover it up with as I could not be seen in public looking like that. I am at a loss with this new policy , prices up and now no styling allowed on blow drying. Doesn't make good business sense to me as they have lost my custom now and others and also not good advertising coming out saloon looking like that.

My hair is cut by Sophie. She is absolutely amazing, friendly, professional and always cuts my hair perfectly.

A really lovely salon with talented and friendly staff. I have complete confidence in Dawn and Jayne who always listen to what I want and make my hair look great.
