Andy is a magician with colour! He rescued me after some colouring issues from another salon some years ago & ive never looked back. Love what he does & I enjoy seeing him for a chat about anything & everything while he weaves his magic!

Always brilliant haircuts with the lovely Dawn! She takes time to get it right & is fussier than me about straight lines!! Love relaxing in her chair & catching up while she does her thing!

Hayley always greets me and all customers with a smile, Jayne is an amazing manager and colour technician and never fails to guide me in colour decisions and with fantastic results! Liang was absolutely brilliant!! I had long hair that I got board of so I decided to cut it short. I was nervous but he made me feel at ease.
He also showed me tips on how to dry my hair and what products to use for volume.
Very friendly man and he’s given me my style back. Yay!! I love my hair

Dawn never fails to make my hair look just as I want. She is a good conversationalist and everyone in the Poole salon is lovely - they obviously take their lead from the manager - so the whole experience is lovely from start to finish.
