I had an excellent experience in the salon and I am very pleased with both my hair colour and cut.

I saw Dawn and as always she did a fantastic job. She helped me describe what style I was after with use of images. The cut was just right and her interpersonal skills are great. In all, a great experience.

Lovely experience as always. Roxy is such an excellent stylist, she Always knows exactly what I want. The girls are always friendly but professional.

Roxie always gives me a great haircut. She pays attention to what I want but she also understands my hair.

Professional but welcoming and puts you at ease. Excellent cut as always and clearly takes pride in her work, wanting to do the best job possible. Staff at Poole very friendly and a nice atmosphere.

Great but and blow dry. I really love the way Dawn does my hair and she's lovely.

Sophie is fantastic, just love how my hair looks, even my husband commented on the cut from last week.
Called in today for a wash and blowdry and just loved the whole experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

Had a great hair cut complete re-style by Roxy, is really happy with it, I basically picked a hairstyle after looking at loads on the internet, I showed the picture to Roxy who advised me on exactly what I could expect to achieve, I was really happy with Roxy's confident positive attitude, once she had listened carefully to what I wanted, she set to work, and created my new fab, trendy hair do, I love it, thank's Roxy ????

I was apprehensive as this was the first time Sophie was to cut my hair. Sophie put me at ease and l have come away delighted with my hair. Thank you Sophie

Alway well looked after from when you walk in to when you leave. They go above & beyond with customer care. It's taken me nearly 30 years to find a hairdresser as good as Dawn. Brilliant!! ????

The hairdresser Dawn who cuts my hair is a lovely young lady and good at her job. Unfortunately a young lady on reception needs some training in customer service she verges on rude, not a nice welcome to the salon.

If you are looking for a really decent colour you can't go wrong with Andy at Tony and Guys Poole . I've been 5 times now and my hair has maintained its colour and shine.
They are all friendly and really helpful .
Really loved the cut too thanks to Sophie .
I'll definitely keep going there .

Thoroughly enjoyed my visit today. Not only did Roxy do a great job on my hair, but her little yorkie Oscar stayed curled up on my lap the whole time! Lovely stress buster after a busy day at work.

Sophie cut my life by hair making it lighter and shorter. She did very well.

Toni and Guys at Poole are a very friendly and efficient salon, they have the ability to make clients feel comfortable and nothing is too much trouble would recommend them to anyone. Regards Carol Riggs

I am never disappointed when I visit the salon in Poole .The staff are professional and incredibly accommodating .I always receive a brilliant cut and more recently colour!! I totally trust their advice and come away relaxed and happy .

Have been using this salon since 2012 and always found it a very good experience. They make me very welcome and spoil me. My hair looks fab after they have finished it. In fact I am sometimes too relaxed in there and nod off. ????????????

Five star service, make you feel special and a million dollars, colour and cutting excellent, feel like a new woman!

Arrived to be told that the usual hairdresser I book with was twenty minutes late and I could either wait, or have a cut with someone else. I thought as the staff are usually trained to a similar standard I'd pick someone else. Showed a photo of my last cut so there could be no loss of translation in explaining (that said it's pretty simple). Cut my hair way too short and was left with a mound of hair on top, just looks silly, it looks nothing like the photo I showed her. It is impossible to style. I should have said something at the end but I didn't want to offend the hairdresser who followed me to the counter, but with time to reflect on it I'm actually very disappointed. Sadly, although I've had good experiences before, this is just too poor for the premium price, I won't be returning

Ive started having my hair done regularly by Roxi! She always does an amazing job, helping me decide on style and always giving me new ideas! Always feel welcome and even had a cuddle with her dog! Will definitely be coming back regularly!
