Fantastic appointment today, Callum is a brilliant hairdresser, he has got to know my style and character and was able to suggest a colour and cut I am thrilled with as I wanted a change but wasn't sure what I was looking for. His colour skills are fantastic, I never even considered this colour as didn't think it would be possible with my natural hair colour but Callum has achieved miracles. Absolutely love it, everyone else at the salon is also really helpful and friendly and feels like you are taken care of.

I used to go to Joannes as a child and after a bad experience at another salon and a friend recommending Marcia to me I decided to return 30years later.
I wasn’t disappointed. 😊
My hair needed some tlc! My old colour was faded and washed out and some bad advice left it unmanageable. I have curly, unruly hair that sadly another hair salon had damaged and they cut far too much length off.
I left it a while before returning to any salon as I’d lost my confidence.
I booked a consultation with Marcia who was great. She advised me on colour and hair care. She is very professional and listened to my worries. The colour was great. Much richer and healthier. I also went back the following week for a Brazilian which makes my hair much more manageable and healthier looking.
Thanks to Marcia I know I can get my hair back to the length and condition it was.
I will definitely be returning regularly to let Marcia work her magic and reach my hair goals!
