Joanne Hairdressing Poole

Good very

Thank you Jacque for another super cut and finish. Happy Christmas.

The. service from the stylist and the young lady who washed my hair was friendly and welcoming and I was very pleased with the cut.

My Christmas Star is Mia

Quick and easy to book online and Gemma was really friendly, my daughter was really pleased with her trim and tidy up and was really pleased Gemma listened to her and only took a little off the ends and reshaped around the front to give a softer appearance whilst leaving it long enough to tie back.

Friendly and professional. Enjoy catching up with her and she knows what I’m after

Great service, great haircut, great value, great staff

Always get great friendly service!

Kayleigh is welcoming, I feel relaxed, she listens to what I want, gives excellent advice on hair care and cuts my hair exactly how I asked.

Always a delight to have my hair cut by Jacqui at this very friendly salon

First time hair cut here was on my wedding day 33 years ago and still a great friendly atmosphere and hair cut from Mark and many others in the team . Many thanks Joanne.

Really happy and pleased with my hair. Came in and instantly felt relaxed and in capable hands. Kayleigh ran through everything and explained as she went through. My hair hasn’t felt and looked this good for a while. Thank you so much!

Brilliant as always. I hate fuss and can't get out quick enough usually, hairdressing to me is like visiting the dentist. Emma has worked very gently with me to the point where I actually enjoy going. I trust her with my hair and today left her to it. I am chuffed with the cut she gave me last time and today the colour , left to her today is amazing. She is a brilliant hairdresser and a lovely person. I would highly recommend her. The salon is clean, relaxing, friendly and well run. Give yourself a treat and book yourself in.

Alison has been my hairdresser for many years and makes my visit an enjoyable experience. All the staff go
above and beyond to make my visit special.

Absolutely loved my first salon experience at Joanne’s today!
Callum was my stylist and he got my colour spot on and the cut he advised is just what I was after too.
The salon was very clean and everyone very friendly, thank you

My son is fussy about where he has his hair cut and has only ever liked coming to Joanne's, got me booked in last minute after having to cancel last week. Had a different stylest today but as always, a good hair cut and son was happy! Thank you

What a wonderful experience! Jess was one of the best stylists I’ve seen in my life. She was informative, obviously experienced, attentive, warm, friendly, welcoming, highly skilled, and thorough throughout. I had a full set of highlights and she did the most incredible job, my hair has never been so blonde and soft. She also listened to my want for a stylist in the future to help with my extensions, I didn’t know this salon offered that service. She didn’t once try to “sell” their services to me or even mention until the end. We had the most brilliant chat about extensions and my hair and im so impressed and so instilled in her confidence that im going to be coming to the salon for my highlights and now my extensions forever more.
The salon was clean, had a relaxed yet professional atmosphere and everyone was lovely.
Could not recommend highly enough.
10 stars!

*****Total restyle from a very professional friendly knowledgeable hairdresser who turned a long out of control mass of my hair into a very smart bob.Mark discussed all the options with me before he started including highlights and products used in the salon. Would highly recommend this salon.
