Joanne Hairdressing Poole

Absolutely amazing stylist, loved my blow dry and it stayed in, so friendly and welcoming would 100% recommend

The team have been so friendly and welcoming to me.

I was really pleased with my haircut and I felt Jessica listened to exactly what I wanted. She spent time creating a new style and made me feel pampered during my appointment. I would definitely recommend this hairdresser.

So today I had a cut and colour with Sammy and my other half had a long overdue cut with Emma.

The experience was great from start to finish and the atmosphere in the salon is always fun. We are both super happy with the results as always! We don't let just anyone touch our hair! :)

And the new massage chairs are fab!

Booked a last minute appointment due to my usual hairdresser being poorly. Had a very pleasant experience by a young lady called Jess what a lovely girl very pleased with the cut she listened and did exactly what I asked for. Would not hesitate to use her again.

Lovely relaxing hour, very pleased with my hair, thank you Emma.

Vicky has been my hairdresser for years, she’s the best and always happy when I leave. ?

Very good

Lovely vibrant colour today with the even lovelier Callum.

Friendly and attentive

Excellent

It’s always a pleasure coming in to the salon to get my hair done. Everyone is so friendly and lovely. I love the way Katherine cuts and colours my hair and I find the whole experience a pleasure. A first class service which I highly recommend.

Very friendly, knew exactly what I wanted . Good advice given for future appointment ?

I’m very happy with my hair today as the final length of the sides have almost been reached. I’m also very pleased with the condition of my hair. Marcia is very efficient and good at explaining everything going forward and I am very grateful to her for being conscious of my time away from home.

Had a very relazing time in the massage chair really pleased with my haircut and blow dry

I popped in on the off chance and got an appointment with Carmen. Great experience massage seat whilst hair washed- nice touch. Great service and lovely cut and dry . Very happy

I've been going to Kayleigh for a gents hair cut for a while. There is always a warm welcome on arrival, and hair cut is always on point.

As usual first rate experience. Hair colour and cut to a very high standard. I am disabled at moment and they took full account and made me as comfortable as possible.

Thank you Emma for getting my style back. It's taken some time and a lot of different hairdressers since moving to Verwood. At last I have what I arrived in Verwood some 14months ago. Many thanks

Kayleigh cuts my hair carefully & well.

Today I was very fortunate to have newly graduate stylist CALLUM. I look forward to many more appointments with Callum, and I look forward to seeing Hannah as she makes her progress to graduate stylist.
Callum and Hannah : outstanding service today. Thank you.

Nice people, great haircut... not sure of the name of the nice young man who cut my hair

Delighted thank you.

Jess washed and cut, blow dried my daughter hair.
She made good conversation with her and checked she was ok with everything she was doing.
My daughter left happy with her hair cut and enjoy her little hair pamper.

Sammie is brill great colour and service

Excellent as ever and Vickie was ever brilliant. All the staff were courteous.

Brilliant, as always.

Had my hair done by Kayleigh for the first time today and I’m very happy with how it looks. She did a great job and took a lot of time and care over it.

My 4 year old and I were passing the Salon, and we wondered in to see if there was any availability for my son to have his hair trimmed, ready for Christmas. We met Callum at the front desk, who said he was available. Callum was very good with my son, and kept him well entertained. A great experience and we will be coming back.

Really enjoyed my cut and blow dry experience in this spacious and welcoming salon. Kayleigh did a lovely job and it was a pleasure to chat with her.

Kayleigh and all the staff members are very welcoming and friendly, and Kayleigh listens to my requirements and everytime I visit, I just love my hair styles and cuts.

Salon staff were very friendly and professional. Anita did an amazing job with my hair I was very happy with the service and felt it was a reasonable price

Always a pleasure to come to the Salon even in these Covid times
