My son came into the salon on Saturday the 11th November 2023. I rang the day before was able to get him in the next day. Which was really good. Because he works all week. Jacqui cut his hair. He has never had his hair cut with her before. It's useally Anita who does his hair. Before that it was kayleigh. Kayleigh alway's gave him the hair cut he wanted it was lovely. Daniel has been having his hair done by Anita for over a year now. And even though she seen a picture of how he liked it. She never used to do this for him. It was always done different, it never looked right Then Saturday it was Jacqui who did his hair. And I showed her a picture on my phone of how he likes it. And she did what he wanted. Daniel loves it. She was really good at her job. And quick I was surprised how long it took her. She is a lovely hairdresser. And after all this time. Daniel gas got the hair style back to what he likes. He will be booking back in with Jacqui again. Really happy with the result. Thankyou

When I entered the salon there wasn’t any staff in the salon my appointment was at 8.30 and I got there at 8.20 a staff member came in from shops and said my stylist wasn’t there yet, the staff slowly started coming in no one spoke and my stylist came in just before 8.30 and didn’t speak then most of the staff did there hair in the salon, I was taken to a station and the stylist came over I said I didn’t want much off just a tidy and normally have blunt bob she got me shampooed, someone else shampooed me only once talking ! After a quick shampoo I was seated, stylist was friendly and chatted when finished she didn’t show me the back of my hair I paid and we I went home my husband and sons girlfriend said had I had a different style as the back was longer at back like a pageboy not bob ! I called the salon and was asked if I wanted someone else to sort it but I thought the same stylist should do it! I explained that I wasn’t happy with the back being longer and had asked for a blunt one length bob she said these things happen and did cut the back up to length of sides, so a trim of 1/2 to inch off was more like 1 1/2 2 inches from shoulder length to now chin length ! So very disappointed and now wish I had never booked , I definitely won’t be back or recommend

I have female pattern baldness my hair is super fine. The girl that washed it was super gentle. Marcia was so knowledgeable and cut and blowdryed it to make it actually look thicker. Marcia also understood my hair problems as she's had her own so less embarrassing and knew how I felt added bonus i booked in again. Lovely atmosphere to. ?
