Joanne Hairdressing Poole

Lovely welcome; fab wet cut! Thank you!

If I could add pictures I would. Paid £12 for my son to come out looking awful. Lovely lady but worst hair cut to date. Now I’m off spending another £10 to get it fixed

Very pleased with Kayleigh’s service, she works her magic on my hair everytime and the results are amazing

I Absolutely LOVE this wet cut that Emma gave me this morning. This is the first time I have been to Joanne's but I am delighted with the result and will be returning in the not too distant future!! Many thanks Emma. See you again shortly.

Great, good atmosphere. Hayley very professional

Hannah is great, she’s friendly but professional and you can tell she is going to be an amazing hairdresser! Being heavily pregnant it’s such a treat to go in and get my hair washed and French plaited - she’s a life saver!

My hair was really in bad condition and Anita did her magic today. Boom. Cent percentage satisfied. Thanks Anita xx

My hair is thick and needed thinning out and trimming to a manageable style. Callum did just that and my hair felt so much lighter and easy to manage. Will definitely be returning!!

Gemma restyled my naturally curly hair which was very long into a funky layered bob. I am totally thrilled. Thankyou Gemma

Well good hair cut. Thank you

Quick, good and most friendly.

Brilliant service, friendly professional and suggested the perfect colour for me, thank you. Also loved the massage chair, great idea

I love the way Kayleigh cuts my hair, always a pleasant visit and chat, she really takes the time to understand what I would like.

In a word: Brilliant!

Had a lovely appointment, friendly and relaxed

Very impressed & love my haircut

Lovely experience hairstylist was charming and attentive fab stylish haircut salon very clean and tidy and products used were fantastic. Definitely would return Thank you Emma

As a new client I was very impressed with the friendly staff and professional feeling of the salon. Vicky understood what needed done to my hair today and the finished cut was spot on. Parking outside was easy, all round thumbs up and I will be revisiting Joanne's again.

Very pleased with my wet cut today as always

Samy is always a pleasure to have cut our hair and I wouldn’t have anyone else cut my 14 year old son’s hair and nor would he. Friendly and outgoing without being intense, Samy is also an excellent hairdresser and will listen to my son’s views about what he wants and then be honest with him about what will work and suit him.

Sarah was great
Thank you for the lovely trim and blowdry !

Jess was brief, brisk yet efficient, cutting as requested through my mane to achieve a recognisably civilised hair cut! Too many coiffeurs ignore instruction and nearly scalp their clients then wonder why they don't visit for another 3 months, but that wasn't the case here. Seeing the books of swatches dotted about the place, I asked Jess about henna cream hair colour I use due to allergies, she averred Joanne's uses only their preferred products. Fair dos!

Callum was really transparent and informative about process and results, the general experience was great; relaxing but we also had a good chat! End results shocked me, super happy and already received a few compliments! :)

Cut was lovely and finished lasted 4 days. Very good service and staff were lovely

As always, Jess gave me 1st class service. Both the cut and colour result was just what I wanted.

Emma was amazing ? my toddler has only ever endured my attempts at a haircut, but Emma was so calm and kept her engaged in a lovely conversation throughout. Beautiful cut and service. Thank you

Always pleased with service and cutting/ styling. Many thanks

As always Gemma was there as I walked in the door. Always very chatty and professional in her job. An enjoyable experience every time

Stylist was very patient & calm around my 3 yr old. My little one enjoyed her first haircut & was very happy. Thank you

WOW January WOW!
First time appointment with Jessica for a full head highlights cut and blow dry , absolutely amazing ! I was quite emotional today and she put me at ease all throughout , cannot recommend her enough … amazing from start to finish

Pleasant conversation, cuts my hair as required.
A pleasant experience.
Will always come here.
Thanks.?

Callum is an absolute diamond!
He was highly recommended to me and he immediately put me at ease and listened to what I wanted and my end goal. He was absolutely brilliant, I am so pleased with my hair and Callum is so easy to chat too. Thank you Callum!

Listened to all of my ideas and plans with my hair and made it feel so much healthier! Chopped a lot off which is what I wanted and styled it so nicely, amazing service

Brilliant. As usual.

As always great cut and chat with Haley, it's so nice to see other hairstyles being done and in a nice relaxed atmosphere . Other customers and all the the staff are very friendly so a most enjoyable time was had by myself

Carmen is always professional yet friendly and cuts my hair beautifully.

Once again, Callum did an incredible job with my hair! I am so happy to have found such an amazing hairdresser and I can not wait for next time again! ?x

Like her namesake Catherine The Great Empress Of Russia, Stylist Katherine is a Super Great Stylist. In Every Way. Outstanding.

Excellent in every way from entering to leaving the salon
Friendly service excellent customer skills one happy customer
Thank you

Love my sons haircut will be definitely telling my friends & family about hairdressers

I have been coming to Marcia now for about 15 years! She's fantastic! She listens to what you want, she makes suggestions when you want something different and when I say to her "do whatever you want, surprise me!" she always comes up trumps with a fantastic hair do! We chat and we laugh and it's like getting together with a good friend for a couple of hours. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Sarah is a wonderful hair stylist, she is so kind and caring. She listened to what I wanted and delivered a cut and colour so fabulous that I feel amazing
