Chrissy very kindly managed to fit me in and spent time talking to me about what colour I wanted to achieve in my hair. She did a great job cutting my hair too. I would highly recommend her.

Excellent, yet again. I have to say everytime I visit the salon there is always a warm welcome and from then on in you know you're going to have a pleasurable experience. I have been going to Joanne's for many years and Marcia knows exactly what I want. Even if I dare to utter the words " I was thinking.." or "maybe I could..", Marcia is always ready to give advice and suggestions of her own. I thoroughly enjoy my visits and can't thank Marcia enough for how she looks after me and makes me feel I've been able to ejoy some me time being pampered and feeling good when i leave.

Love coming to Joanne’s hair dressers always so looked after. Marcia is amazing

I had lovely cut wash blowdry,my haircut is amazing! Kayleigh was friendly and good at her job! X

Brilliant as Always

Great cut from friendly staff

As always a lovely experience. The junior who washed my hair kept a good conversation and swiftly delivered coffee. Mark,as always, gave me his full attention and,as always, a fabulous cut. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wanted a dramatic change from my below shoulder hair to an inverse bob. Callum was excellent, he explained how he was going to make the cut work with my thick hair, checked carefully that I had thought through my decision (as it was a big change) then got on with a fantastic wash, cut and finish with great attention to detail, making sure the cut was perfect. All of this was enjoyed alongside friendly conversation, a cup of tea and great service. Will definitely be coming back.

Fired me in last minute great haircut really friendly

I am so happy with my experience every time I visit the salon. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly.

Thankyou Emma for my new hair, I love it! After years of having the same I wanted to try something new and you got my vision from one photo. I'm over the moon with the end result.

I was looking for somewhere close to home, instead of going to Bournemouth…so glad I found Joanne’s…really friendly, great service..will be back! Xx

Love coming to joannes as it is a very friendly salon ,, I always made to feel welcome and come away feeling very relaxed . Sarah always does a fab job and I’m happy with the result everytime .

As usual, Hayley gave me a great haircut meaning my hair is respectable once more.

Just what I asked for, I very happy.

Lovely visit to the salon as always, thank you.

First time here as on holiday, will certainly be back, lovely friendly girls & loved my hair, would highly recommend.

I was so excited to visit again after meeting Anita last time and feeling really pleased with the way she cut my hair. Anita took time to discuss my needs and really cared about my hair and what style I wanted. She is so talented and truly an artist at work! I had a Brazilian blow dry for the very first time, as my hair is so frizzy and was fed up looking like a scarecrow all the time! I left today with beautiful glossy hair that feels so smooth to touch! I love it! I also love my new hair colour as I want to go back to being blonde, and Anita is gradually transforming it to the colour I desire. I can definitely recommend Joanne’s, the staff are all so friendly and there is a lovely atmosphere. I particularly recommend Anita, she is so attentive and considerate and extremely talented in hair styling. Thank you Anita

Very pleased with my hair

I popped in on the off chance of getting my messy hair tidied up. ... men's hairdressers just seem to want to use their clippers.
Marcia sorted out my curly uneven mop into a decently shaped even hairstyle without cutting it short. Just what I hoped for.
And it was very pleasant talking with Marcia during my time in the chair.
Thanks very much!

Friendly and professional. Thank you Vicky. Completely forgot to take my purse for your tip. I will remember it next time .I..promise !

Vert good as usual, and finished before it started raining!!

Nothing less than flawless! So in love with the results, will definitely make this my regular salon!

Jess was amazing very friendly made me feel like nothing is to much trouble . Listened to what I wanted and an amazing result . Just moved back to Verwood and would definitely be back
