Francesco Hair Lilliput, Dorset

The new Francesco salon in Lilliput is amazing; beautifully furnished and top stylists. The salon is soo welcoming and has a great ambiance; led by the owner Mia and who is very kind and helpful. Several drinks are on offer at no extra cost.
I go there weekly and so look forward to my visit.

Lovely new salon. Not as convenient as the High Street location, for me anyway, but it's a great salon with excellent staff and atmosphere.

My first visit to the new Lilliput salon, and it was smiles all the way ..... from the moment I "checked in" to the moment I left. I thought Poole was good, but Lilliput has really pulled out all the stops. I had a lovely chat to the salon owner, and then my treatment from Jasmine. A wonderfully relaxing time, and a beautiful result. I can't wait for my next appointment!!

So glad to have my hair cut excellently again by John today. At various times, I've found ( in different salons ) that my naturally curly hair is not cut and shaped into a good style..in fact, at times it seems to have been a mystery to the hairdresser!. However I can always depend on John to skillfully create a style from my mop 👍🏼. Thank you. (John's name doesn't appear on your list of stylists, therefore I've left that section blank.

Thank you to Chloe and kayla for yout wonderful expertise and experience. Kayla gave my hair a nice thorough wash and chatted to me making me feel at ease. Chloe from the moment i arrived you made me feel welcome and you were very professional polite and knowledgeable you explained all the products and discussed my cut with me and recommended treatments to help my hair which was in dire need of TLC and a good restyle and tidy up. My hair went from being a flat lifeless mop to a wonderful glowing wavy layered cut with movement. Chloe added waves that added more texture and went the extra mile made me included every-step of my cut and style. Great service will be returning and booked inwith Chloé again

Georgia is as always the commensurate professional.. love the way my hair feels and smell’s after the blow dry!
My only gripe… get the wine or Prosecco back onboard!

Cleo always makes me feel pampered..she's beyond patient and always takes time to talk to me to check if I'm happy or want to change my hairstyle...which I often have but it's never a problem. She listens..
She gives an amazing head massage and I always leave feeling relaxed with a smile on my face ..it's an absolute pleasure which I look forward to..

Evelyn made me feel super relaxed and was always telling me what she was doing, which helps a lot since I have anxiety. She was really sweet and I absolutely adore the work she did on my hair! Definitely 5/5 would come again!

Eugene is amazing! He sorted out a very bad hair cut I’d done myself!!!!!! and I walked out of the salon feeling on top of the world!
His attention to detail is above and beyond.
All in all a very pleasant experience and I have booked again.

As every week l attend Francesco salon in Poole; the atmosphere is such a happy one. All the stylists are so very pleasant and courteous. My stylist-Caroline is always on time and never keeps you waiting.

As I’ve mentioned previously; the moment you walk into the salon; you’re always greeted by one of the salon’s girls who are very welcoming and pleasant, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The salon uses excellent products; a little different to my previous salon I went to.
The positivity of the salon owner- Mia; is infectious which you feel is passed on to her staff.

Jasmine has cut my hair a few times now and is always super friendly and efficient. We always have a lovely chat and my hair always looks beautiful. Offered a drink on arrival. Salon is spotless. Everyone really friendly and nice. Thanks Jas, will let you know about the dog sitting!! ;-)

Wow, I had such an amazing day, Cleo is an absolute expert in choosing the right colours and the right cut . Also had so many belly laughs and fun doing it. Thank you Cleo for getting me Uni ready with my hair and loads of tips about Uni fashion. ??

Booked my two shy teens in with FG Poole, they were great with them. Asked what they wanted and discussed the best options. Very happy with the results will definitely be coming back. I also think it’s a really nice salon inside it’s got a nice feel about it, well decorated, clean and bright.

Best two hours of relaxation every month. I enjoy the atmosphere and the lovely people especially Jas. Highly recommend a visit

Eugene was very thoughtful and efficient in styling my hair. I have very fine grey/white hair with no bounce and completely straight. He took his time and shaped the hair to a style that suits my face! It now looks sleek and easy to manage. I was very pleased with the cut.

Georgia was friendly, kind and welcoming. She listened to my ideas and was very helpful, I know that I will be in good hands in my next appointment. :) I have anxiety and sensory processing disorder so it’s very much appreciated to be made comfortable in this environment. Thank you!
