I find Caroline's approach to colouring my hair refreshing and creative, in that she reviews my colour needs every time, and discusses what my particular needs are for that visit. This means she achieves added depth and interest with hi and lo lights, whilst leaving my hair in great condition and looking very natural. Thank you, Caroline!

Unfortunately, I suffer from ridged and flaky nails. When Sonya does my nails, she takes account of that, and uses the best products she can to help improve my nails, and give them the best finish possible. She's a lovely lady who knows how to nail it! Thank you, Sonya.

It is always a pleasure to have my hair cut and styled by Emma, because she listens to what I would like to achieve and delivers! She is clearly a highly skilled and experienced stylist and has a charming personality, too. Thank you, Emma!

I recently took my 3 yr old daughter to the salon for her first hairdressing experience. It having been lockdown she hasn’t been in a salon environment before (that she would actually remember anyway!) and so I was a little worried she’d be overwhelmed. Caroline engaged so beautifully with my little girl (and she made a friend for life!) whilst Emma did two lovely French plaits for her. It was so intuitive of Caroline to get down to her level and engage her in the right way, to make it all seem fun and not too much for her. She didn’t need to do so but she took the time too.

that was created for her and therefore it was actually a lovely experience for me too!
Caroline also did me an incredible blow dry and added some gorgeous soft highlights to my hair. My hair is perfect! And I am incredibly fussy (just ask Georgia who I usually see!)
Georgia also is incredible at her art and the first person in a long time who took the time to listen to what I wanted to achieve with my hair, and managed to deliver it after a really bad colouring experience elsewhere that I’ve been trying to correct for over a year now!
Overall, not only the results your talented stylists deliver but also the experience and customer service - it is consistently excellent.

A balayage with Steph is another level! I needed a complete restyle and Steph got exactly what I wanted! That never happens with other hairdressers I’ve visited! I travel an hour to visit Steph and it’s totally worth it! I always feel like a million dollars when I leave! Love our chats too!

Shadi was absolutely amazing! I booked a last minute eyelash tidy and tint and pedicure and i was absolutely delighted with both treatments. Shadi went above and beyond giving me helpful hints and tips on how to keep my skin in great condition and advising me on my routine. Im so grateful Shadi, thank you! Ill be back soon!! X

A great visit to my favourite salon. You are always made to feel most welcome in a calm and happy environment. Steph and her staff always go the extra half mile for all their clients and make it a great place to visit and always go home pleased with the end result.

Nicki always styles my hair magnificently. Tall order as I request a Piers Bronson( James Bond) look and specific request to knock off ten years! Really enjoy our Tate a rates , plus superb coffee and sandwiches. Mike always greats me by my first name and we engage in boys banter re sport. I love the whole experience with the younger girls always attentive and helpful.
Long May Steph and her team be left to crack on after a very difficult time adjusting to COVID. Well done everyone.

If you need some calm and relaxation in your busy life, or to benefit from understanding how you could potentially improve your health; I cannot recommend highly enough that you try foot reflexology with Debbie. She has the touch of an angel. Reflexology, in the right hands, can put an insomniac to sleep - I should know! And I'm still feeling the benefit days later. Thank you Debbie!

HNB truly puts the customer first. Yes, you walk out of there with fantastic hair but you also leave feeling special, listened to and above all, valued. You go there for the hair, you come back time and time again for the experience. I wouldn’t ever go anywhere else.

Caroline is just the most welcoming and wonderful stylist. I feel fortunate to be able to get my hair done by her. My hair isn’t easy and sometimes hairdresser trips have been very stressful. Not anymore! Thank you Caroline for being fabulous and kind. X

From the time you enter the salon until you leave everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and safe. All the staff are lovely making the whole experience very special. Haircut and colour fabulous

So happy I found HNB, everytime I walk i feel so welcome, all the staff have always been so kind and friendly. Georgia must be a mind reader as she knows exactly what I want with cut and colouring and delivers every time. HNB is flawless, the little touches like a croissant or cupcake are also very much appreciated. Wouldnt dream of going anywhere else.

Georgia always does an amazing job, cannot fault her at all but I do hope you can get back to normal soon. Paper towels and long hair don’t go, I was soaked down my back and the plastic gown just started let’s the water run down. Please please bring back proper towels and gowns.
It was lovely to be able to have a coffee in an actual cup, so some steps to normality…….let them continue

I was postponed at last minute. and asked to come in 2 hours later I turned up at the later requested time. Steph still not there, no apologies just palmed off on someone else. Felt very stressed and angry as no apology given. I am disappointed with my hair, the colour is not as good as usual. I have been a customer for over 20 years but yesterday I felt I was treated like a nuisance not a valued customer.
