At the front door… greeted and welcomed, offered numerous complimentary refreshments, greeted with a smile from EVERY member of staff, fabulous experience, relaxing, felt like a real treat! My threaded brows are getting better and better each time I visit Shadi. I have been recommended her to everyone that asks about my brows.

My facial- well what can I say, I have never enjoyed a facial as I have felt that what had been done was nothing to what I do at home for myself, and would walk out the salon feeling very greasy.
Shadi’s facial- WOW what a difference! I fell she really cared about me and my skin, not just a client. I do find it very hard to relax (but rest assured Shadi, it’s the most relaxed I have felt in a long time and I slept amazing the next few nights!)
And what topped it off is my husband actually said I looked like I was glowing (in a good way!)
Thank you so much and see you in a few weeks for my threading too up!

Can’t rate Julie highly enough. She understood exactly what I wanted to achieve and delivered upon that! Such a lovely person to chat to as well and a great addition to the HNB team.
My only critique is the salon chairs! I find them uncomfortable to sit in due to their low and reclined backs. However Julie was kind enough to get me a cushion which did help.

Always amazing to have Georgie to colour and blow dry my hair…??????????

Simply fantastic. Georgia and Sophia work their magic seamlessly. Amy offers the best head massage at the basin and Michael and Hazel are simply magnificent. Everyone needs an HNB in their life!

Caroline has worked hard to get my cut just right and has mastered it. She is always pleasant and welcoming.

I arrived late as my neighbour is critically ill and I was quite frazzled and upset. The whole team from Micheal at the door all the way through the salon) were so gentle and kind and of course my treatment with shadi was wonderful. I know Steph is proud of her team, and it’s not just because of how good at their job they all are, but also how kind they all are that gives her that immense pride, abs is as customers such confidence abs loyalty. Thank you

My appointment was moved to Emma, due to regular stylist being absent. Very happy with cut . Emma understood what was needed to be done . Emma is friendly and easy to talk to.

As soon as you arrive at HNB you feel special. It's a whole experience, not just having your hair done. HNB staff and environment help to to feel relaxed, cared for and thoroughly pampered.

Amazing experience. Whole team couldn’t do enough for me and my 2 yo who I had to bring along. Delicious refreshments! Sophia really listens and very pleased with the result.

Shadi is helping to build my confidence by working with me to make the best of my facial skin and features. I trust this lovely lady implicitly. You can feel the warmth of her heart through her hands.

I find Caroline's approach to colouring my hair refreshing and creative, in that she reviews my colour needs every time, and discusses what my particular needs are for that visit. This means she achieves added depth and interest with hi and lo lights, whilst leaving my hair in great condition and looking very natural. Thank you, Caroline!

Unfortunately, I suffer from ridged and flaky nails. When Sonya does my nails, she takes account of that, and uses the best products she can to help improve my nails, and give them the best finish possible. She's a lovely lady who knows how to nail it! Thank you, Sonya.

It is always a pleasure to have my hair cut and styled by Emma, because she listens to what I would like to achieve and delivers! She is clearly a highly skilled and experienced stylist and has a charming personality, too. Thank you, Emma!
