Salon is always extremely professional, immaculate yet so friendly and welcoming. Very skilled stylists with a wealth of knowledge. I always follow their advice and when my hair has been done it looks super, makes me feel very proud and I get many compliments. Highly recommended

As always Georgia and the team were fantastic. Hazel was attentive, Amy gave the best head massage at the basin and Georgia was her usual super stylist self.

I had a free nail repair by a lovely manicurist whose name sadly eludes me she was delightful and competent as was Nikki my stylist. I also managed to fit in a laugh with Steph!! Spent a lovely hour and a half! Also the tea lady was more than attentive thank you all

I have never really loved the salon experience until I started going to HNB! The whole team are warm and welcoming which creates such a lovely atmosphere and the salon itself is absolutely gorgeous. I regularly see Georgia and I believe she is a hair magician! She listens and never fails to deliver. Steph and Georgia are the most talented stylists I have ever come across and this is only highlighted by the amount of people i have had stop me and ask me where I get my hair done, it became a bit of a running joke between me and my work colleagues!

Caroline is a superb hair dresser and styles hair to suit the person by listening to what they want. She’s also a lovely person!

I had the best facial this morning! So relaxing. My skin feels so soft. I would definitely recommend Debbie. Her massages are the best too!

After some brutal treatment of my hair and a long time between cuts I made an appointment with Steph for a total transformation. I was absolutely thrilled with the end result, my hair looks healthy, trendy and has taken years off me. The whole salon experience was fantastic.

Caroline is the best hairdresser I have ever had.She listens to what I request,then creates a wonderful cut and lasting blow dry.I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I couldn’t have been happier stepping back into HNB this weekend after the long lockdown. I came with a close friend and spent a blissful morning being pampered with Prosecco - just what we needed!

Unfortunately there were many specific negatives relating to the whole experience which l would be happy to discuss with the Manager or Owner

The set-up is professional. Fabulous salon. A great deal of effort has gone into ensure the safety of the client. The staff are brilliant from Michael the doorman right through to Hazel who tends to the drinks.
The stylists are of a very high standard and whilst I would be happy to be attended by any of them, I book in with Georgia on a weekly basis
You are made to feel special from the moment you arrive until you leave beautifully coiffed

I had highlights done at salon. I was not happy with the colour , I went back the next day to have a toner applied to correct colour so it matched all the way through . The hair dresser who corrected it was professional , there are plenty of offers for teas and coffees . I dont normaly leave a review but hope this may be helpful.

Georgia transformed my hair - totally!! I had no idea it looked so bad! I’m thrilled! The HNB team are great...I really enjoyed my treatments......☀️?☀️
