Incredibly friendly staff and lovely atmosphere within the salon. My blow dry by Dana was absolutely amazing and now I want to go back every week to have it. I had so many compliments!

Very expensive for a service that didn’t match the price. Dana is trying very hard to make her salon special but at times it felt like her team had no autonomy and her attention to every move they made over bearing. It was my second visit and frankly they had overbooked for Dana herself resulting in 3 of us being shuffled and not brilliantly. My hair was dried by another much less experienced stylist yet the price remained the same. I left the salon and when I felt under my hair the back underneath was still wet. I’m afraid paying £350 you expect a level of service that I didn’t receive. I was constantly asked to leave a review and haven’t but felt actually the true picture does need to be balanced and yes I could have gone back but the intentions for me were clear and obviously every business needs to make money but back it up with true service and when you know you can’t don’t charge the same price. The irony is I’ve found another beautiful salon with the same Master Colourist status - less than half the price and true trust in the team without the control.

Caitlin was so professional and offered some great ideas and I was extremely happy with the result. Emma who washed my hair with a lovely scalp massage was also very sweet.

It was my first time at the salon and I was greeted by a lovely young man upon entering the beautiful salon, he then offered me a drink as I sat down for my cut with Mary. Mary was so kind and bubbly and I had a great experience with her, she did an amazing job with my hair! I would definitely recommend and come again!

Had such a lovely experience! All these ladies were so amazing and sweet and Dana really gave me what I was after with my first ever balayage, giving it loads of attention to detail, and it turned out amazing! So so happy with the work done!

I cannot thank Caitlyn enough. I came in with a particular concern about hair loss. Caitlyn was absolutely outstanding, took the time to talk me through potential reasons behind hair loss, reassured me throughout, talked me through the best look to make me feel like my hair looked thicker, told me about ways to help stimulate hair growth. Talked me through the products and explained them in detail, even talked me through some products for my curly haired daughter. I have never felt so reassured & confident when leaving a salon. I have used Aveda for many years, I first started my journey in London . On discovering a salon in Poole started using this salon. They moved to sandbanks and I followed my stylist . I got every month for my hair having many treatments and services. They always are very welcoming and provide a top service, I would not visit another salon . This is far the best salon and experience I have ever had.

I've been visiting Dana Quinlan since the salon moved from Poole Quay, where I was a long standing client. I love the friendly vibe, knowledgeable stylists, friendly front desk, and the products are amazing. The next question asks if I was advised about rebooking. It's not applicable to me as I always book my next appointment at point of payment.

I was Dana’s client in London for hair and eyebrow microblading and I travelled down from London for the day to her new salon in Canford Cliffs to have my eyebrows done again by Dana. My brows look amazing as always and I was given a complimentary wash and blow dry.

Always so happy with my hair after seeing Dana, she always remembers my long term goals with my hair, and has super helpful suggestions. It was a lovely surprise to find out they now do beauty treatments and my manicure today with Salma was perfect.

Caitlin was exceptional! She guided me through every step of the process and made me feel completely at ease. It's rare to find a stylist with such passion for her work and such talent in hair cutting. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to my friends and family—I've already done so! Great service at a great price, so get in there quickly; I have no doubt Caitlin will go far in her career!

Dana is extremely knowledgeable about colour. She knows instantly what will suit your colouring and what cut will complement your bone structure. Very experienced and welcoming. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

One of the best salons I’ve ever been to. Needed to have some correction work on my colour which had been done at another salon and Dana did an absolutely outstanding job and to top it off she is so nice, understanding of what it is you are looking for and will guide you in the right direction. Definitely looking forward to my next visit

I moved to the area two years ago and really struggled to find a hairdresser who matched the standard I was used to in Hertfordshire. At last, I’ve found Dana!

She coloured and cut my hair beautifully – I finally feel like I have a proper style again. The whole salon experience was fantastic: warm, welcoming, and professional. I even had a manicure while waiting for my colour to develop – such a treat! Highly recommend.

Had a gents cut with Dana and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was extremely professional and took the time to really understand what I wanted before getting started. You can tell she’s highly skilled at what she does and keeps an eye on the whole salon to make sure every detail adds to a great experience. Very happy with the results and will definitely be back.

Mary was fabulous restyled and coloured my hair,I was very impressed and happy with the results .Will definitely recommend her .

I moved to the area over 2 years ago and have struggled to find a hair dresser who can style, shape, cut, layer and dress my hair in the way that I want it. There are endless barbers who can remove hair and give you the latest “style” or trim, but the result only lasts until your leave the premises. I am delighted to say that in Mary I have finally found a stylist who understands the complex composition of my hair, how to style it so that it sits properly and grows in accordance with how I want it to look. I cannot recommend Mary highly enough and have already booked my next appointment.

I had a brow shape and tint which was excellent. Dana explained the process fully and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. The result was even better than I expected., I will definitely be booking a repeat visit.

I have been colouring my hair for many years but have never had a stylist achieve such natural depth and texture. Genuinely very impressed with the colour, the cut and the keratin treatment I have be had here. Root touch ups have also always been blended perfectly. Good coffee and music too

I visited yesterday for a male dry hair cut ( my neck does not allow me to get a shampoo ) and it was £60. After lockdown it was £45 and prior to lockdown it was £25.
Quite an increase of just under 150% in 3 years.

I had the best facial ever with Charley on Tuesday. Down on holiday from Cambridge so can't do it often but would love one every week. So lovely and my skin feels amazing. Also had a lovely blow-dry after. Would thoroughly recommend the experience. I learned lots of things about my skin too. Thank you so much
