It’s been several months since I’ve been having my hair looked after and done here and I can’t feel any happier! I definitely recommend Muir-Chapman salon if you want to treat yourself. Well done Naomi!

Excellent service — very friendly and welcoming from start to finish. Luke is a great hairdresser who really listens and does exactly what you want. I’m always happy with the result and would highly recommend him.

Whether it's Terry, Luke or Nicola who does my hair. Always colour, cut and blow dry it's always perfect. The service is excellent, staff always make you welcome too.

My daughters first experience at getting her hair washed at the hair dressers and she giggled all the way through and loved her beautiful hair cut! The lady was brilliant with her!
Had my hair washed and cut and was first hair in in 10 years I had due to circumstances I lost a lot of hair due to stress but the amazing man did a brilliant job at cutting my hair and loved it and had so many compliments after!
We will definitely be booking to come back again in the future and thank you for a amazing experience 😀

I had a great experience at this hairdressing salon, thanks to Molly. She washed, cut, and styled my hair beautifully, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Molly was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. My hair feels fresh, healthy, and looks amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairdresser.

Very pleased with my colour, cut and blow dry with Molly. Molly discussed the colour with me and the cut. Very friendly and understood exactly what I was trying to achieve.

I rarely go to the hairdressers and can get quite nervous but Mollie was very good and I felt in good hands. A lovely haircut.

Really lovely salon - super clean and staff are friendly. Mollie did a wash, cut and blow dry for me and she was a delight - so kind and chatty. I didn’t catch the other 2 gents working with her on shift but they were also fab and u can just tell they’ve got such a good team environment x

I’ve been to this salon three times now and have always been delighted with the experience and outcome. Naomi is very knowledgeable and explains really well and checks in to make sure I’m happy with decisions before committing. The salon is clean, bright and very friendly. It’s nice to be offered a bottle of water or a hot drink throughout and the hair was with massage was worth the trip alone. Thank you Naomi

I dropped by the Highcliffe salon around 4pm on a Thursday afternoon to make an appointment. To my surprise, they took me right in. I badly needed a haircut and Terry was awesome. He walked me through everything he was going to do and even managed to cut and style my hair exactly the same as the photo I had taken in. 😀
The young lady (unfortunately I don’t recall her name) who washed my hair and gave me a head massage was also very good at her job.
I was also given a very nice pot of coffee and a biscuit.
All in all a great experience. Highly recommend this salon.

If you find a good hairdresser you need to stick with them! That’s what Muir Chapman are. I have never come away disappointed- Terry asks what I want doing, listens and delivers! He gives helpful advice and uses quality products. The salon is spotles, there’s a great atmosphere and customers are valued and treated with respect. .Worth every penny!

This was my first visit to the salon after being recommended by a friend.
I had my hair cut by Naomi who I found to be a really pleasant, experienced stylist. She listened to my requirements and advised me when I booked my appointment to come in 15 mins early for my appointment so that she could see what my hair type was and to discuss how I wanted my hair cut and styled. Naomi cut my hair just as I requested and made good suggestions to me about the length of my layers and what we might work towards in future visits.
A great experience, as I don't really enjoy going to the hairdressers. I am really pleased with my hair cut and enjoyed meeting the lovely friendly staff who made time to say hello to me. Thank you very much.

It was an absolute treat to come in today to have a hair cut and blow dry. My experience was super lovely and informative. We have come up with a clear plan to change my hair colour after box dying it for years (which I know isn’t straight forward). I have full faith in the end result.
