This was my first visit to the salon after being recommended by a friend.
I had my hair cut by Naomi who I found to be a really pleasant, experienced stylist. She listened to my requirements and advised me when I booked my appointment to come in 15 mins early for my appointment so that she could see what my hair type was and to discuss how I wanted my hair cut and styled. Naomi cut my hair just as I requested and made good suggestions to me about the length of my layers and what we might work towards in future visits.
A great experience, as I don't really enjoy going to the hairdressers. I am really pleased with my hair cut and enjoyed meeting the lovely friendly staff who made time to say hello to me. Thank you very much.

It was an absolute treat to come in today to have a hair cut and blow dry. My experience was super lovely and informative. We have come up with a clear plan to change my hair colour after box dying it for years (which I know isn’t straight forward). I have full faith in the end result. I have been going to Muir Chapman for many months now since moving to Highcliffe. My senior stylist Molly has been helping with a style change and I rely on her experience to make a decision on how I should proceed. I am very happy with the result and have received compliments from friends. Highly recommend.

Naomi styled my hair for a weddings brilliantly, even though she had never met me.. The icing on the cake was another stylist gave me a lift back to hotel so style wasn’t spoiled.

I had a mare with colouring gone badly wrong and Molly saved the day at a very reasonable price and very short notice...happy to recommend these guys to anyone..
