My daughters first visit to a hair salon today and Shannon was amazing and put her at ease. She is very happy with her hair.

First time Zoe has looked after me as Carolyn was away but service was it's usual excellent service. Came out feeling fantastic and 10 years younger as only a first class hairstyle can leave you.

Fantastic colour and cut with the ever talented Naomi. Gave me lots of advice and I felt fantastic when I left. Lovely salon staff, too.

Carolyn always cut my hair instinctively she knows my hair she knows me, that’s what we all want from our hairdresser, her staff are welcoming polite and professional, the salon is light airy and spotlessly clean

As normal my experience in the salon was very good the staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The results of my cut and blow dry are fantastic,

I’ve been coming to Francesco Group for about ten years and would not go anywhere else! All staff are wonderful especially Naomi who has been doing my hair all that time. Staff are so conscientious, honest and just want the best for their clients, even if it means it takes longer; Naomi has even worked late to get me what I want.

Louis greeted me with a pre-prepared coffee and washed my hair with a scented shampoo/conditioner. She made an effort.

Jo has been my hairdresser for years - so professional, friendly and I always leave this lovely salon revived and ready for the next 4/5 weeks. Super salon with a lovely, talented team.

Today I was met by two members of staff ready to take my umbrella and coat just after a sharp unwelcome shower of rain.
I was offered a complimentary beverage which I declined but it was a lovely thought to be asked.

Thank you so much Carolyn and crew as always you did a brilliant job. Iove coming in to the salon, everyone is so friendly and welcoming and I always leave feeling wonderfully pampered not to mention looking great, and as a lovely bonus the coffee is fabulous too.

Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the lady who trimmed my daughters fridge, but she was amazing with her and when my daughter wanted a fidget, she was very patient. Her fridge is now perfectly trimmed and I plan to return for my own hair!

The salon is clean, bright and airy. The staff are are fun and polite. There is a drinks menu! My stylist, Shannon is very thorough, never makes you feel rushed or a nuisance. She is very knowledgeable and happy to advise on styles and colours that suit me. I am always happy with my finished style. She is very natural and friendly. It's not the cheapest salon I've ever been to but nor is it the most expensive.
